Rocketlane helps keep our onboarding on track and allows us to write customer docmentation for each unique setup
Fantastic. Their support team helped us at every step of the way. Customers absolutely love it and comment on how great our onboardings are.
PROSThe ability to integrate with Salesforce and have multiple templates for various project types. When using the templates it's easy to tailor them to our customers needs.
CONSIt's not easy to manage dates. This is true for every project managment tool I've used. It would be nice for dates on specfic tasks to be optional and instead have dates for groups of tasks as milestones.
Reason for choosing Rocketlane
Better features at a lower cost. Their support team was also much more responsive.

Rockellane - The go-to tool for best Customer Collaboration & Project Management
I love how intuitive the tool is and the UI is great too! Getting all the projects in one place makes it super helpful for the implementation teams.
CONSI think the reporting/dashboards have some scope for improvement (I think I feel the same way about mostly every tool) but is not a show stopper or a blocker in anyway today.

Fastest growing PSA tool in the entire market, with great features.
Nothing short of "breathtaking". It is one of the fastest growing PSA tools in the market and the speed of execution has been immense.
PROSThe speed of execution at which the product team is shipping new features, every month has been a key takeaway for me on the Rocketlane tool as well as the team at Rocketlane. The team is truly focused on making the customers succeed and gave individual attention to the asks that we had in terms of features.
CONSNothing specific except the lack of customer success features. Rocketlane should now focus on building its customer success module wherein, it can become a one-stop shop for all customer success and PSA organizations.

We found Rocketlane capable of having both functionalities of customer success, project management, and PSA within one umbrella.
Reasons for switching to Rocketlane
We wanted to bring down the number of tools in our tool stacks. In addition, while switching to Rocketlane, we saved a small bit on the costs, as well.

Best Application for Project Tracking
Overall experience with team really good, i think less than 1 week we did the implementation. Rocketlane team has also given training to team. Great job [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
PROSThere are various things which i liked in the application - Private space which i can use for actionable within team, same is not visible to client - Use this application to have conversation with client (chat tool too) - Easy to attach documents - Project also have sub task activities (Child -Parent relation) - Overall project status with delay activities - Reminders for the project (next and delayed task) - Play with % of completion with task and subtask and many more
CONSNothing as such but yes, i must say i wanted more charts and reports

What a great tool!
Over all our experience has been wonderful. The team is amazing, responsive, and they listen to feedback. The tool is solving so many of our problems, and is making our process better for both internal and external customers.
PROSFirst and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing! The team is highly responsive, great problem solvers, and warm and welcoming. The tool itself meets our needs and has greatly reduced our time to value and increased our ROI. We love that we can create sub tasks and sub sub tasks, and dependencies. Finally, the customer view is so helpful!
CONSOur only concern is that our Salesforce integration needs a bit of work. The concern is not an issue with Rocketlane, it is just the pains of connecting two tools. The Rocketlane team his highly focused on resolving the issue and has been fantastic!

Great Tool for Client Onboarding
The team has been amazing to work with.
PROSRocketlane has all of the core features you would expect from an implementation provider, and then some. I especially like the Magic Link sign on process, and the ability to add Spaces, where you can collaborate further with users.
CONSWe are looking forward to further customization abilities with the platform.

It has been good, as I continue to lean the product and its capabilities, the functionality of it becomes understandable.

Project tracking simplified than never before.
I use Rocketlane for customer onboarding, it helps me and my client have a clear visibility of the blockers and the milestones of the project.
CONSRocketlane does not have a social sign in feature yet and I also feel that the UI can be simplified to have a richer user experience.

A powerful project management tool - ideal for SaaS OnBoarding projects
We are using Rocketlane to accelerate our customer's onBoarding projects and facilitate issue managements with existing clients.
PROSI really like the Presenter mode, which allow me to show my customers what the project is going to look like, within a synthetic view. I also love the possibility to generate status reports directly from the tool, with a simple click & drop of recently completed or blocked tasks.
CONSI use project phases for projects with clearly defined tasks but I'm currently missing the opportunity to define custom tags to easily build group of tasks later inside the Kanban board for example

Preferred Onboarding Platform
We love using Rocketlane's external view of the project so we can share with our Customer and keep specific tasks internal vs external. Rocketlane allows us to control our branding and onboarding experience better than competitors.
CONSRocketlane is new to the scene and thus some of the features will be fresh and rusty. Transfering from Asana just took a little bit of getting used to you. They have a great Care team and resources which eliminate these concerns.

Standard & Useful Product
I had a very good experience so far by using Rocketlane. We use this product for Work Flow management in our organization and I'm very satisfied with the features available in Rocketlane which is very user friendly. I would like to call it - Simple but Powerful!

Tool to manage project and track all the things happening in a project end to end

CONSIt's difficult to toggle between 2 different projects, it would have been great if they gave a simple switch option to toggle. The current templates are outdated should have multiple to choose from, whether it's onboarding a client, doing POC, and so on.

A Really Well thought out tool
Really good experience overall. Helped eliminate multiple different channels of communication and helped create a single source of truth.
PROSWhen I use Rocketlane, one of the things that strike me is how many of my use cases are always met. When I generally use any project management tool, they would always lack in certain features and it is not easy to build a tool like that as project management in itself is a fairly diverse area with certain checks that some folks would need to do. Rocketlane feels very customisable and one of my favorite parts of the tool is the ease of collaboration. Live chat and thread-like features help you coordinate better. We use it in onboarding and coordinating between multiple teams and also having a client-facing view is extremely tricky but Rocketlane does the job beautifully! I am also a big fan of the ability to integrate with other channels and the ability to be the single source of truth!
CONSThe UX initially was very confusing. It does take some learning curve to reach a flow state in the UX but i think that comes with the complexity of the product.

A must have product for Team and Client Management
Very good. I needn't track bunch of folders, spreadsheets and Emails to manage my clients. The team internally collaborates well too. One screen, all solutions.
PROSEase to work with different stakeholders, all at one place. Task management and follow ups are transparent.
CONSI do not have any issues with Rocketlane so far. It addresses all my day-to-day requirements pretty well

Onboarding rocketlane was very easy
Ease of use. I found it was very intuitive to manage projects and tasks. It was by far one of the best project management tools that i have used. It was also very easy to setup. It was also very easy to get in touch with their CSM for any queries on the product. Overall i had a great experience with the setup and is saving me a lot of time in keeping track of the project progress.
CONSMaybe more slicing and dicing around reports and ability to customize them.
