The good integration and security provided for PrestaShop e-commerce software.

This stopped it but just the other day on one of my sites it started up again so I will have to figure it out.

I am very satisfied using Astra because they help remove malware from my website and they have exceptional customer service.

It's very easy to install and it is intuitive. I love the firewall and the malware removal plus you can block countries from visiting your site as well as whitelisting and blacklisting IP addresses.

It has been very positive and the support staff has gone beyond to help clean my hacked website up.

You can only view the dashboard but it won't modify anything inside of your account. I have seen other security apps block, for example, people who enter a fake user name.

First, I have to mention the great customer support the answer me within hours I do not have to wait for days to get responses.

I was charged GST - we do have an ABN but could not see where to enter the ABN.

It's also quite affordable. I like the peace of mind having Astra on my site gives me.

There are many pros to ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer, from the lower cost to ease of setup, ease of configuration and ease of use for users that may not be familiar with the solution.

It makes it so easy to customize the experience for me and the demands of management. The logging, change management and compliance are absolutely amazing.

It may seem daunting to dive right into the menus without prior knowledge or guidance, which can cause confusion and frustration.

Good software.very good for management and easy troubleshooting.

The product started out giving me a very good look at firewall information and has continued to expand that information more and more.

However, when it fails, it fails very well. Have had to redeploy 3 times to new servers because the install could not be fixed.

Software was quick to install and is easy to navigate the data.

Sometime can be difficult to understand the product.

It is a good price compared to other vendors and it does the job very well. If you have to keep fixing or need to keep an eye on a monitoring application then the overall cost is then too big.

The ability to collect the logs from the PaloAlto Firewalls. The reports are much better than Panorama.

When first installed, it was fine until the firewall was failed over. Then FWA dumps all the logs from the newly active FW.

Firewall Analyzer is good product and allows you to easily manage your firewalls and it gives you a big help when talking about PCI/GPDR. You can find all the reports you need.

Very useful the rules management, it helps you to keep clean you newtork environment.

Had excellent help from support setting up the product and configuring the reports I needed.

The product has a very easy and friendly user interface and is easy to use to conduct a firewall rule review and it is meet the compliance requirements.

In case of any attack not getting any email notifications.

All features are very good but I like  ,Maps/Business Views/Enterprise Dashboard.

The software has no concept of High Availability.

It is a very good tool to control and optimize our networks. It allows monitoring and analysis, I consider it to be very functional, it would improve the visual part.

Firewall Rule Optimization is the best and it helps to reduce the load from Firewall.

A quality product that is particularly beneficial to management guidelines. The administrator can easily view the reports with the graphical interface.

Tech support is very responsive and the technicians seem to be very knowledgeable not only in working with the MangeEngine software but also with the settings on our firewall.

The application interface is very nice and plenty of graphs to look at. You can also create your own reports to then show just the areas you want to see.
