- This software very lagging sometime and taking too long to grab the data.
- It may seem daunting to dive right into the menus without prior knowledge or guidance, which can cause confusion and frustration.
Pros
- The integration with a lot of the core services we use made this a clear winner when reviewing. The ongoing communication from the team allows us to be confident in how the product is working.
- Perch is a perfect compliment to our services as it provides the SOC portion to security and their team then works with ours to get our customers taken care of.
Cons
- Alerting when things stop working. When things flatline, there's nothing configured out of the box that will notify you.
- The only con is that it's too bad we need a service such as this.
