I like the FluentPro G.A. Suite, it helps us to do our daily work in the currently most efficient way. It enables us to do changes in project online in the background without bothering the users.

The automatic backup functionality and the possibility to change & adjust project online data in a mass processing

In combination with our system landscape the performance is not very good. It takes some time to upload changed project data. We are still making our experiences and are trying to adjust our system. The function to change & edit project data lacks the possibility to make more sophisticated selections on the dataset before downloading data.

Our company has been using Microsoft Project/Online for more than a decade now and FluentPro has been a great third-party tool enabling us to automate tasks like bulk updates. It also a great tool to use in migrating projects and project sites from one tenant to another. We also use this tool when we deploy workflows. And another feature that I am grateful for is the one that provides you configuration summary, comparison of configuration between tenants as well.

There is really nothing to like except that there could be more improvement on ease of use. Functionality wise it is working but I believe there are areas that can be improved.

The features and functions are great, and the interface is relatively easy to use. The customer support provided is great.

We continue to view this solution as too expensive. The way the project quota is calculated, and the license tiers make it quite prohibitive cost-wise.

It's the only one product who can do what we want !

It's so easy to use and very powerfull !

It will be perfect if one day the restore of Timesheet can be done :-)

Make what we need, Backup and Copy from PROD to INT

Useability could be better, but this is a bit specific to cloud software

FluentPro's support and customer service is excellent. Response times are fast and staff are knowledgeable about their products.

The ability to easily copy complete environments from Production to Pre-production and vice-versa.

How complicated it is to copy specific components (e.g. Projects or SharePoint detail pages) to another environment.

It's been a great tool. We really couldn't insure our environment standardization and critical project backup without it.

All of the features available to customize configuration copies and backups across multiple PWA instances.

The user interface is a bit clunky and sometimes it doesn't indicate an entry error clearly.

Backup feature, and the Audit feature to track who made changes and when helps when trying to restore a project from a previous backup

The Financials software would like o be able to import / export data or a least copy and paste from a spreadsheet to multiple cells

Ease of System - set it and forget it - almost!

The initial configured backup seemed to include projects that were working and/or template projects which we didn't need to back up. However it then seemed impossible to exclude those from the projet count which meant that the usable project backup was well below the 25 file limit. Would have been nice to be able to delete inadvertently backed up projects/templates so that the 25 project limit remains unaffected.

The product accomplish what it says it will.

Ability to create more specific groups of projects to backup

This is the only soluting that we found, which can backup Project Online configuration. Since our PWA has many custom fields and other customizations, this product is basically lifesaver, since we experienced Project Online data loss before, and that was a horrific experience. The entire process of backup/restore is automated, so it doesn't take much time to work with this software. The product meets all the requirements that we have and a nice bonus is outstanding customer support where people really do care.

1. Secure Azure-based backup for Project Online 2. Automated, hands-free backup, not too much effort needed for support and maintenance 3. Flexibility, meaning that you can choose different scenarios for different data/projects 4. It is possible to backup not only Sharepoint, but also the configuration of the PWA 5. Money vs. value balance is good

The interface could have been better, but since it's not necessary to interact with the software too often due to automation, it's actually fine.

Great customer support & refresher training are really helpful

Trying to backup for the projects that are changed since last backup. But it doesn't work... Maybe due to how MSP capture dates. Total lead time for daily backup takes longer than general file backups.

Thanks to FluentPro, we now have full governance of our Power BI data.

With FluentPro we set the backup of our PowerBI environment very quickly and effectively.We had a quick and effective traning, then we configure the service and schedule the backup.We did all of this in few hours without any glitches or issues. The implementation was very smooth and straightforward.

No cons so far. The service is running fine.

Easy to Use and easy accessible. Good overview.

In Project Online we are using Master-/Subplan Solution. At the moment not possible to restore Master/Sub as a package.
