- The installation time take the lead as it is pretty straightforward and less complicated when compared to other softwares have used.
- It was easy to setup for office 365 and easy to recover items in 365. It was easy to locate and restore files in server backups.
Cons
- Lack of support SQL Server 2017, Difficult to review backup manage stats vs billed amounts.
- The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.
Pros
- Free trial downloads for many different operating systems. Support of an SQL-compatible query language is a big plus.
- We can easily connect Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud storage with this platform. Also, it works very smoothly with transferring of databases to the desired clusters.
Cons
- It is difficult for any beginner to learn this tool. Also, Cluster Management is a bit complex as compared to other tools and there's no support for community versions.
- Defining a few simple indexes can degrade the performance to a point where the product becomes unusable. Couchbase support and docs are vague in how to get the unmatched performance they advertise.
