I love that it allowed us to stay organized and complete tasks. That would otherwise take a long time pretty quickly.The best part about it is the organization factor that comes with using Uncat As well as the ease of use. I feel like it was so user friendly that somebody that doesn't do well with technology could use it with no problem.

That it didn't have all the features that some of the other More expensive products have but it's still a great value for the price and I Will and am recommending it to everybody I know!

Data integration and migration is still a challenge with this software.

I like the tutorials and the ways the service has individual categories.

It's hard to learn ways to use it. It's not easy to learn. The software is a little confusing.

Honesty there is nothing i dislike about Uncat

The time I save from not having to pull reports, organize and color-code transactions, and send/follow-up on emails has been incredible.

Uncat solves the biggest bottleneck accountants face when working with monthly/quarterly clients. Rather than create/organize/send spreadsheets every month to clients, everything is done seamlessly in one platform. We save an unbelievable amount of time on our end, and everything is simple on the client's end too.

Not exactly a con, but it took a few weeks to get used to the platform and updating/saving changes as I made them. After using it a few times, it became second nature.

My clients and I love Uncat because it allows for asynchronous communication about what transactions are. I can ask them without needing to email or call, and they can tell me what a transaction is on their own time. I love that we can use Uncat daily, weekly, or monthly. Some clients don't want to hear from their bookkeeper more than once a year, some want weekly updates. Uncat makes sure that I can give them weekly updates.

The best part about Uncat is that my clients do not need to install an app or create another username and password. They have a hard enough time as it is keeping track of their usernames and passwords for their own logins, let alone new ones that I make them create.

Their UI is fairly cluttered for the client. I'd like to see it be a little more modern and readable.

The simplicity and professional touch it offers. Unlike other applications that you have to really be schooled, Uncat is easy to implement.

I appreciate the simplicity and the ease of use of Uncat. I decided on Uncat over other software because of the customizability of the transaction feed and also how simple it is for my clients to be able to access their accounts and easily provide feedback on specific transactions. It has been essential in streamlining my communication with my clients.

It is simple enough for my clients to be able to pick it up and start using it right away, and customizable enough to gather necessary transaction information.

Would like to see a few more features, but they are continually improving.

The software took some time to master. This is not really a con but to get the most out of the software it's best to complete/watch the training videos as there are a lot of features that if you do not do the training you would not know about.

The platform is good and it fulfills its purpose by helping the users to transfer data from one system to another with their IQ which makes it time-saving and more efficient.

The software is great as it helps the companies to keep track record of different types of transactions which happens with their clients and it is also great with handling data of huge number of customer base.

What I have noticed is that budget for maintaining Uncat is more higher than other accounting platforms which can be difficult for small organizations to adopt it.

I've had an excellent experience with Uncat. It's great for clean-up and catch-up clients who have tons of transactions that need to be explained and categorized. I use this with all of my clients.

What I like most is the ease of use and simplicity of this software. Clients are able hit the ground running with their Uncategorized transactions without much direction from me.

I do feel that more complex clients who use job costing are sometimes unable to use Uncat. For example, many times I want to choose a job but I can only choose a customer. The job doesn't appear there.

The Uncat software helps us to cut short our manual work of entering the description manually and receipts manually in our accounting software. We don't have to ask our clients for every sort of small things. Clients can directly click on the link and do the needful for either filling-up the description, uploading receipts,ask questions and do comments on the transaction.It is easy to use for us as well as for our clients.

Since we are using this software with quickbooks,it is working so smoothly and fine that there is no negative feedback for Uncat.

I do not have any significant dislike with Uncat

I love not having to export spreadsheets, email them back and forth, read an Excel spreadsheets that have been converted to a pdf, printed, and then emailed back. It's saved me so much time.

It's super easy to implement and use, and it doesn't really take "onboarding" from clients - they adapt to it very quickly and I have way more clients letting me know their suspense transactions on a monthly basis instead of me chasing it down and only getting it at tax time. I love that it automatically follows up with the client, and that they don't have to set up an account to use it. It's also great because any docs they upload or notes they add sync over to the accounting software

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about it. If I have to list something, the login dashboard for the accountant user is hard to read if there are a lot of clients but it's not a big deal at all.

I am extremely happy with Uncat. The customer support is A-1. Best of all, they welcome suggestions for future improvements.

I cannot say how much I rely on this software. My clients feel this is the best solution for them. Saves time, which in turn saves money

The greatest benefit to Uncat is that it has saved me time as far as waiting for my clients to respond to my requests during the month end review. Overall Uncat has been an excellent addition to my workflow apps.

My favorite feature is that Unat emails / alerts my clients every week of their uncategorized transaction. I get an email after they have updated their transactions. Excellent Time Saver!

I have really run in to any problems with Uncat - therefore I don't have a least favorite.

Uncat provides a convenient way to quickly request information from clients on uncategorized transactions. I can appreciate the benefit this would provide when there are a lot of transactions that need further information, but with our current client base this is not a feature we would make much use of.

Being able to quickly request information from clients and update categorized transactions with additional information is very helpful.

Prior to using Uncat I constantly had to requested larger amounts of information for the client all at once and it was very confusion for both me and the client. Luckily I found out about Uncat and the process of classifying uncategorized transactions has never been easier. Every accountant needs to be aware of this software.
