The inability to track user completion at the section level. As of now, we are only able to track if a user completes the entire course.

The course build-out functionality is very easy to use and offers many ways to engage the learners. Reporting feature is robust and provides the ability to customize your reports based on your need.

We have been happy with the software and they have helped us grow as a company. Their customer services is very responsive and the account management team has been much more helpful in the past year.

It seems hard for our users to understand and use the system as well. I get complaints almost daily about it.

Customer support is great. And they're continually enhancing/adding features to make the experience better for admin and learners.

I love the Office Hours as well. The support team puts this together for weekly customer education on new and current features.

It's easy to use and customize things, and when I don't know how to do something there's a robust help site I can go to for information.

The biggest pro has to be course authoring. The built in features are robust and easy to use.

The home/manager portal buttons atop the page are confusing and change based on where you are on the site, this is confusing to most of my internal users.

Customization of the frontend was a significant plus for us along with the ability to integrate our own SSO.

The wistia app was very helpful in uploading/storing and moving videos over to the TI platform. Visually the program looks very nice.

The people building the userlanes are frustrated that failures are more easily identified and that the process to fix can at times be complicated to rectify and recreate the issue.

Overall, I've really enjoyed Userlane. Our partners are always so excited to see that we have interactive tours available to them.

Soon enough we were signed up with Userlane and were assigned a brilliant Customer Success Manager that was on call to help us through any hurdles and questions that we had.

We're also able to send out deep links via our support team to allow users to not only go to the right page in the app, but also to trigger a specific guide to help them, which is a great feature.

Customer support is great as well. It helps our customers make better use of our software.

It really helps to rais user adoption and the way and quality of system usage. From an admin perspective ist also easy to use and the journey building is a lot of fun.

The only difficulty, for me personally, is the lack of knowledge in programming which will come in a later stage.

This has helped us to improve the User Experience and significantly reduce the amount of customer support required. Working with the Userlane team has always been easy, fast and efficient.

We had a problem once with a box blocking access to a menu. Userlane offers the opportunity to move boxes and speech-bubbles around if the system doesn't place them correctly.

We receive support and guidance always from the same customer success manager and she's doing a great job.

It's been a very positive experience from the very first engagement with their team through to the monthly success calls I have with their team.

But in that specific case, every position was basically bad. We had to schedule a call with support to solve the problem.

At least at the start, we had a really responsive and helpful Customer Success person. Their team has also done a good job reaching out to us for feedback.

It was intuitive and quick to deploy. We launched the application 6 weeks ago and now we are carefully monitoring the analytics to ensure that it is used as expected.
