I loved the ease of use and all the templates and designs offered. Their training was above, and beyond which makes you feel like you are a professional after it.

None really. The options that they offer are really unmatchable anywhere. And I recommend implementing TikTok.

Communication is the best! All questions were answered so that I could understand it...the conversation was easy and the trainer was very personably and friendly!!

could not get the image ROTATED, yet all my pics on my PC were portrait aka Vertical, some of them appear sideways while 60% of them show up correctly.

not much, lots of calls and messages left to get a reply.

screen did not display consistently, whilke they showed vertical on my laptiop but once on screen its crooked.

SO far, I am having a 10 out of 10 experience with Nento Signage. Looking forward to maximizing this experience.

We are very happy with the customization of the menu boards. Extremely excited about the marketing component as well.

As of now, we are happy about all the aspects of Nento.

Everything with the software works great for me I have no issue with the service!

I like the most that i seen now but since i choose Nento the sales person was very kind and he gave me the best presentation so i am a Current customer and they have the best customer support incluiding my trainnigs were very easy to learn.

i would like to be able to mask any pictures like changing the shape without other shapes (make squeare pictures to rounded)

I looked for several signage companies before deciding to go with Nento. They shipped the product right away and setup was really easy.

Being able to use digital signage instead of a traditional menu will allow me to spend less for menu updates (printing posters, etc.). Ease of use and set up was quick.

There are no cons regarding this product that I have experienced.

10/10 I would recommend it to others for marketing.

Consulted me through everything Step by Step, and helped me gain a deeper understanding of how yo use the program.

Its a new program I have not used so it will take a little while to ease in to it and understand the program.
