The Future of Prep Centers
Hopstack has been a joy to work with. They are attentive to their work and their customers and even our customers if there is any issue. Most of their competition feels like you purchase the software and that is the end of story. Hopstack asks how can we make it better for you. They have all of these different modules that can be configured to fit your needs and ideal workflow. They constantly think of their customers, I cannot count how many times I will talk to my main point of contact [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and he will say, 'I was talking with ____ and we thought of a better way to do this, we put it development and should have it to you by next week.'
PROSThe pros are so vast I want you to read the whole thing. I want to share how easy this platform is to operate. My grandpa (78) grew up on a ranch and drove a truck for his entire life. At 78 he retired from driving and came to work for us. Training him took about 2 hours and he understood the platform after 1 day and operates without any technical issues. To put this in perspective he still doesn't know how to operate his iPhone that he has had since 2018.
CONSThe only con is Hopstack extensively tests every feature sometimes to the point the release of the feature is delayed, but it has always been worth the wait because of the functionality the new feature brings. The do not release beta versions and are always working out of the box.
Reason for choosing Hopstack
Their willingness to try the FBA market. We tried Logiwa, SkuVault, 3PL Central all advertising Amazon FBA connections all fell short. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] told me we will develop the connection and have it running in 2 months and tested and released in 3 months. We partnered with them in the beginning of April and the platform was launched July 2nd.
Reasons for switching to Hopstack
Our old system was comprised of mainly Google Sheets, a failed Logiwa and SKUVault experiment. Google sheets become very inaccurate rather quickly. There is a lot of data entry involved on the Google Sheets with limited functionality, visibility is poor, inventory Management is poor, with no scalability. If we wanted to grow we had to make a change.

Very promising software for warehouses running B2C and B2B services
So far so good, warehouse operations are smooth and the team at Hopstack is extremelyhelpful, we love how they make sure to respond to any queries on a short notice, round the clock.
PROSHopstack comes with very strong ready to use integrations with most of the other software that a business can think of, including robotics and best know ERPs like SAP, Oracle and last mile delivery partners like DHL, FedEx and almost all the marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Flipkart. And seamless integrations with relevant hardware platforms. You can also run Hopstack on any phone (not recommended for heavy warehouse users). Hopstack has superb dashboards that covers different aspects of the operations and can help you monitor KPIs.Multiple picking strategies like wave, shelf life expiry handling, strong inventory and order management.
CONSSome of the features are still in testing like 3PL Billing. There are some additional reports that we would like to see like Items expiry and ageing. Most of the globally used platforms come as out-of-the-box integration but there are some specific location based integrations that we would love to see.
Reason for choosing Hopstack
We are Hopstack's first customer in the middle-east region, we liked their reediness to adapt to customer needs and challenges that new region might bring for them. As a software solution, Hopstack was simple to use and feature rich compared to other solutions that we were seeing, pricing wise it was value for money. And we saw potential and willingness to improve to a lot stronger solution with time.

The implementation team was fantastic. We asked for a highly customized process in the beginning and Hopstack delivered. The team was always available either via email or Slack and was able to schedule calls very quickly. Also, the [sensitive content hidden] was great. He was involved more than one would expect and was always willing to talk through our requests and figure out the best solution.
CONSI think this might have been their first NetSuite integration. After the first month of little to no progress with the integration, we got our NetSuite consultants involved and the integration took off. The Hopstack team wasn’t hesitant to reach out to our consultants if they needed help and were very thorough in the integration.

Perfect for 3PL looking for multi-client capabilities
We are having a great experience with the Hopstack platform. And we appreciate the continuous support provided by the team.
PROSHopstack's robust features and functions have helped us simplify our day-to-day operations to handle multiple clients. Their customer support is responsive and very helpful. They are constantly working on updating the features that are specific to 3PL. We particularly love how seamlessly the platform handles FIFO compliances for the kind of goods we deal in.
CONSThere are some delays at times with implementation, mainly due to data mapping issues. At times, some features do not function as expected.

We chose Hopstack over other alternatives due to its impressive multi-client capabilities and efficient order fulfillment features. The level of process automation it offers in our inbound and outbound workflows was also a key factor in our decision.
