I have used Netix for our customers that we have moved over to EDI, the system is easy to understand and contains the features we need
CONSDownloading information into an excel file from Netix could be improved, currently we can only download up to 250 lines at a time, meaning we have to download multiple pages rather than pulling the information off in one go

We understand it can be frustrating downloading multiple pages, so we have added this to our roadmap. Relatively easy to use
Good for easily re-sending documents or changing mappings, although it would be good to be able to re-process multiple batches based on the invoice/order single documents you select, rather than going into each invoice/order, finding the batch and re-processing the batch. Fine if you have one to do, but if you have to re-do an entire afternoon's worth it can be frustrating.
PROSSoftware has been clearly tested a lot as very few, if any, bugs. I feel in control of navigation and a fair chunk of the application is quite intuitive.
CONSIt's far too slow to load up. Silly things like re-loading an entire page (which takes ages) when you wish to apply a filter. The size of the fonts, spacings and buttons were all a little "duplo" for my liking, but reducing navigation pane size helps. Some of the icons are meaningless and I often click the wrong ones. Adding new locations requires an email to support, which takes a while to set up - this is done on purpose to ensure no duplicated or incorrect locations throughout the entire solution for other suppliers, but there should be a dedicated system in place in the application for this rather than emailing.

Netix Service
Overall experience has been fantastic. Great support, fast resolutions and a stable system that we use daily.
PROSThe most impactful feature is being able to transmit orders securely, efficiently and accurately.
CONSIt would be nice to have live visibility of stock information, however, it is likely that the supplier system lacks the capabilities at this current time.

EDI Made Easy
As a relatively small start up business, we needed EDI software to work with QuickBooks. The NetEDI team delivered everything as promised. The software is easy to use. But the support service is vital when changes are required due to customers demands upon us.
