Our process prior to Provision was a manual process of document sign off and follow up. With the implementation of Provision, our process is transiting to a system driven method where automation is removing the manual follow ups that were required. In addition, we are seeing easier documentation retrieval for audit presentation. Hard copy paper is being replaced by electronic documents.

The experience and in Pomona's case the food safety background of the implementation staff was of great benefit to the development and implementation. The staff understood our challenges and provided realistic solutions to our challenges. The staff had real life experience with food safety, audit prep that led to an effective implementation and development. They were flexible and enjoyable to deal with.

Nothing that is a showstopper or area of major concern. If I had to make a recommendation it would be that an additional level of user be developed. A user level where documents could be read and printed but not changed. This would allow documents to be stored as a word/excel document for easy changing by an administrator but protected from being changed by a user.

There could be a feature that linked to calendar reminders / email reminders but I know the team is working on this! If you raise a concern the team is happy to try and implement and that is why they are so awseome

Provision are helping me to digitize our processes. Customer service is excellent. We are still working on building the forms to their full potential.

As a new user of the software, the best part is the Provision support team, and their willingness to work with me to customize forms and ensure they are working as they should. Their responses are very quick. The forms are simply and easy to use.

As a fully customizable product, the information provided to create the forms is key to getting a finished product that is effective. As a user that had gone from an entirely paper based system, at first i found the amount of information i had to supply was overwhelming.
