This product's integration with Microsoft Word is outstanding.

The quintessential software for document automation. One of the best software (if not the best) for this purpose.

Because it is a very established product, with a lot of written guidance and a large user community, it's very easy to work out in advance what can be done and how best to do it.

I also don't like the storage on the local drive. If a user forgets to back up to the server we can lose information and have no record.

The developers sold me on the product and disappeared after purchase.

Works with our Cal Wills and Trusts program wonderfully.

Ease of use with other programs, customer service is very responsive, and documents look professional and clean.

It's great that we can keep all of our companies needed documents on one software that is accessible to everyone at our Firm.

I love the integration with Wealth Counsel and the customization that it allows with the word documents I produce for estate plans.

Now that it is moved to advanced there are many features missing out but the user interface and quality of process has improved to avoid scripting errors.

Don't make such an investment without considering that, in future years, you'll have no guarantee that you'll be able to renew your HotDocs substription on a basis that makes sense.

As noted above, we find it is an extremely powerful document automation tool, which can be used on almost any forms of document.

While a lot of focus is on the actual document creation aspect, we also really like the ability to build organisational compliance and training into the interview questionnaires.

I use HotDocs while using my Trust Funding software.

Beware of entanglement with the new owners of this software. They will suck you into a monthly subscription scheme which is virtually impossible to cancel.

The more time you invest using it, the more you'll appreciate its many features and the better your templates will become.

If you don't use it daily, you have to retrain yourself. I get inscrutable update messages  and am fearful ty try.

It is difficult to understand, difficult to set up, and difficult to work with. I have read the instruction manual, taken the the three day course, and am still having problems with setting it up.

I think HotDocs is THE choice to use when you need to prepare more complex legal documents, particularly in packages.

Navigating the menus can be difficult. However, I use them so infrequently that this may just be a function of my lack of use.

Also recently developed author has many restrictions and lack features which are often used in developer.

Overall, it is a joy once it is set up and works well with other programs.

As it stands, each template is limited to only one component file.

We are using inspire to create all our CCM documents in batch and on demand fashion.

Even a business user can easily use it to start creating templates or letter for business communication. There is not much technicality involved for easy implementation.

It's overwhelming for new people to get into due to all the features and functionalities it provides. It seems to crash sometimes causing loss of data.

You can create the most complex forms or bills with Inspire with ease. The best features in Inspire is their Modules.

My experience is very great with it. If I need to aend mesaage or any social media attach thia is the best software in the industry.

There is nothing to dislike about Quadient if you stuck or you have any doubts they have there own University to ask any questions to go ahead with your solutions.

It can create various types of outputs as per requirement. Can design your print as required and put as many logics as wanted.

Other design software from inspire help in all the latest modes of customer communication available. Highly suitable for banking industry also.

The ease of use is the most catching feature of the tool.

Thanks to the features of this program, various creative designs can be made. With its module like topology optimization, a design with minimum material at maximum rigidity can br made.

Its a very good software to be used on content space.

Thus, creative parts that can be produced with 3d printers and require minimum materials are created. It is also very easy to improve the product after optimization for fine tuning.

In general, this program is easy to use and produces succesfull designs. I enjoy using and i can produce creative designs.

You can add table, insert images, manage the overflows in the sheets, etc. Also you can integrate other Applications like NCOA, BCC Mail Manager and Automation processes in it.

Problem loading heavy files- Sometimes when you are working with large data or using some heavy module the software gets crash and if the work is not saved it all gets deleted.

Easy handling of sheets and very good designing of docs can be made. Easy to use after basic understanding.

The features it provides makes document composition really intuitive and fun. The Interface is great and the modules that are pre-defined to do certain tasks makes it easy to pickup and develop.

Awesome tool for merging data into documents. Includes a wide variety of tools to accomplish many tasks.
