Meets the needs
Used only for a limited time before the company converted to another product.
PROSNice quick tool for automating e-signatures, has an e-sign builder which can be easily created for users by just dragging and dropping items, works on any pdf document to insert or convert them into signable documents which makes the product shine. Another useful feature is the tool can be embedded into websites, allowing them to be used as a legal document.
CONSExperience minor glitches on inserting signatures when it needed to confirm it online, so it might take a few clicks and need to make sure it inserted the sign before proceeding, this might be happening by connection issues while validating.

JotForm Sign
Very pleased, it did the job we needed. We recommend
PROSJotForm sign is a great service that we used daily. We created a form that had several variables that we needed to know from the customer. After paying for the order, the customer was redirected to the JotForm Sign, where he filled in all the important information regarding the customized product. We then extracted this information into a PDF and worked with it. It saved us hundreds of dollars in coders who would have had to add similar features custom to our eshop. JotForm is very easy to navigate.
CONSIf it was full capacity, we had to delete several records. But to update the capacity, we had to write to support. It didn't happen automatically.

The "Free Trial" isn't worth it
Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app.
PROSThe very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches.
CONSHard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited.

Non confrontational forms signed before appointment
Easy, saves time, automates my business forms digitally and saves them. I always refer to the very first form filled out and can easily access that stored information.

Excellent! I've had zero issues and love how easy and simple it was to create forms for my clients to use. I've successfully created several forms and have been told how easy it is to fill out from my clients.

CONSI have no issues so far. Jot forms is a great site.

10 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. It is off the charts

My experience with Jotform Sign
It’s made a huge difference to security as I know that my clients are the ones submitting their own forms. In addition I don’t have to create separate features for agreements as I can combine the terms and conditions with the consultation forms. It’s excellent.
PROSIt really helps me to know that clients understand and agree to terms and conditions and acts as a legally binding agreement.
CONSNothing bad to note, it’s great. I genuinely have nothing negative to say.

Because I find it easy to use, there is excellent support and also the opportunity to complete courses with Jotform academy. Even for someone who isn’t the best with technology Jotform is simple and easy to use.

One of the easier to use options
I am happy with how I set up our documents, but we had a low usage rate on it once it was sent to clients. We really need to be able to send to several people and they can decide who signs it, vs us picking one recipient who may not be the signer and then the Jotform Sign goes ignored.
PROSI struggled with implementing a document management/signature system, and Jotform Sign was the most user-friendly. It may have helped that we were already a Jotform user so I was familiar with the site and it connected with other forms in our account.
CONSEven though this was the most user-friendly, it was not without struggles. If we had someone to help roll it out or even get us started with one form, it would have helped ensure success for future use. I don't have time to watch a handful of videos, so it was a long process.

Great solution and very competitive
My experience has been excellent, so much so that I have recommended Jotform and Jotform Sign to many other businesses, who now also use it.
PROSJotform Sign allows me to collect legally binding signatures on my contracts. It's very easy to set up and gives me far more signatures per month than other solutions I used previously, which were nowhere near as good or flexible. I've used Jotform for several years so when I realised that Jotform Sign was part of the solution it was a no brainer to use it.
CONSNothing, it's so much better than the competition, especially when you take into account what a great tool Jotform is even without Jotform Sign!
Reasons for switching to Jotform Sign
Jotform Sign gives me far greater functionality and is far more competitively priced. I get 250 signatures a month for my annual fee compared to 4 with Docusign. I was already a Jotform customer so in reality Jotform Sign has zero cost, it's part of a package that I already happily paid for.

Great product at a great price
I've had a great overall experience so far using Jotform. Any support tickets I've placed have been resolved quickly.
PROSThe customisability and ease of use is great with Jotform. It is very easy to configure conditional routing and approval systems.
CONSDon't really have anything that I don't like about JotForm

Jotform Sign is great addition to Jotform
We enjoy our use of jotform as a whole and are always impressed with the features they add. Jotform Sign seemed like a major addition and they executed it well. This form for example, won't let me submit and isn't telling me why, and that would NEVER happen if it was based on jotform's platform. Capterra gets zero stars, Jotform gets ten.
PROSThe form building features of jotform have always been an integral part of much of our work, especially the conditional logic within the forms. Adding a legally compliant signature feature was a very welcome update.
CONSThey do push us to try Jotform Enterprise occasionally and it is extremely our of our budget. Our older forms with encrypted submission data is not compatible with Jotform Sign, but it is a reasonable incompatibility.

Simple to use with professional look

Great Way of Support
I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up. Sometimes it becomes challenging to deal with little boxes while moving them to fit in a suitable place. Overall a great service, Electronic and digital signature features are making it marvellous.
PROSJotform Sign has an incredible importance in my eyes. This feature automates our workflow and forms can be signed anywhere and at anytime which makes the process much quicker than usual.

Terrific, customizable tool!
One of my favorite tools! As I said before, the addition of Jotform Sign to the Jotform platform has expanded our use of it. And the price is so reasonable!
PROSI am SO glad someone told me about Jotform! Our clients and agents are spread around the country, and most of what we accomplish happens virtually. I've been using Jotform for a number of different forms, and when they added Jotform sign, I was able to expand our use of it because we can track the signature received, making contracts complete.
CONSIt can be difficult to find answers to specific questions. I'd appreciate a live rep availability through a chat box.

A view point in Jotforms
I would say its is like 3, it could be better. Just need to convert between the other options.
PROSI think this is easier to get multiple signatures when needed.
CONSI doesn't really explain how to use it or conversation between other forms is hard.

Professionalism in a document
Easy, helpful, organized, and practical.
PROSThe forms look professional and the recipient can easily read them. Also, submitting pictures and writing on them descriptions is a great tool. Also, the phone app is great.

Easy and straightforward
I love the kiosk mode it make it easy for my clients to read and sign consent forms at consultation
CONSI dont have any complaints i think sometimes the signature doesnt completly go through and i habe to habe client redo signature.
