Its a good start but long road ahead
from 1 to 10 I would say 6, It gets the job done, but is far from being competitive in anything but price vs its main competitors.
PROSThe signature is great, but besides that you are behind all your competitors.
CONSThe customization is very bad, not having snippets or data fields like pandadoc has really affects my team adoption. Your pricing table is over complicated as well.

Only because of price. We knew we were compromising quality and good product and features, to one that barely competes, but all due to price.

PROSPricing and multiple users are easily manageable.
CONSOnly in EnglishTemplates are more for IT and items sales. Not a lot of services proposal templates.

Great investment, amazing service
I love how easy it is to create a document for customers to sign. Also I enjoy that I get notifications when the customer opened and signed the document. It is important for us to know when that is signed
CONSI would like that I could create a contract using my phone than just a computer. I’m always on the phone and 8/10 times I need to create a contract and only have my phone or ipad. So I have to wait till I arrive to the office to create the contract. I consider the only negative of Prospero.

Great Product... make sure you bookmark the site though.
Project proposals used to annoy me. It used to be the one aspect of a new project I dreaded. Now I don't even worry about it. Prospero makes it quick and seamless.
PROSI love this software! It is so easy to use, quick and to the point. I never have to worry about my client having issues viewing the proposal and responding to it. The software also gets regular upgrades that make tracking how my clients interact with my proposals a breeze!
CONSFinding this site on Google is next to impossible. I can almost never find it when I want to show it to someone. I've bookmarked it now, but it really has no presence in search engines! Additionally, any communication you get from the software doesn't link you back to their site (Inconvenience), forcing you to google them (see above) or remember their URL.
Reasons for switching to Prospero
This is far faster and has features like online signing. The proposals look great on any device and are highly customizable to your brand.

Proposal generation and management and that's it. A good thing.
In addition to the ease of managing proposals, the Prospero help desk is awesome and will get back immediately.
PROSI wanted to have a proposal management system that was without accounting links, and without the option of generating invoices and other stuff. Just straight to the point of making proposals.
CONSDidn't have anything yet to share. Can only say so far so good.

I wanted an app for generaring and managing proposals only. I had no need for other services and for which I previously paid for elsewhere.

Prospero is great for contracts (and wix integration)
I loved the ease to create a nice looking contract from a template and easily add a digital signature. I love the configurable fields so I can easily pass in the payment plan number or the one time payment plan. Fabulous! The wix integration was nice for having the client name and email address auto-populated in the contract ( saves time and is perfect everytime).
CONSI would like if the wix plans numbers were available for contracts for autopopulating, other than that, this tool is great!

Great product - AMAZING value for cost
Easy to use, understand. Amazing on the price point and value.
PROSThis product is awesome. Super Duper easy to use. It’s great and it gets straight to the point with making a proposal and getting paid. Working with clients can be difficult and it’s so great to just send them some thing that makes sense and they can click to sign. I was so lucky to find the software and it’s awesome to see them still growing and implementing good stuff. The support is really on point as well.
CONSThere’s not a bad thing I can say about this software and company. They are awesome.

I reviewed ALOT of software. Pandadocs Docusign, google docs...even making my own in in design, Adobe pdf. They were all a pain!

Brilliant contract/proposal service for creative folks!
I am a small business and often the clients I work with have their own contracts or proposals. However, sometimes I am required to create a proposal for a smaller client or piece of work. I find this a bit daunting as it's far away from my area of expertise. The customer service I have received has been friendly and speedy. Prospero offers me an affordable, easy to use, trustworthy service.
PROSEditing templates rather than writing new proposals is much easier for me. Previewing the proposal as the client would see it is great. Makes proposals look slick and easy to brand for myself if needed. No jargon or confusing language.
CONSI can't express enough how easy it is to put together a proposal for someone who doesn't really enjoy doing them!

Proposals are simple
I have been using Prospero for over a year now to manage and send all proposals to my clients. Before I used to spend hours crafting proposals for clients. Ever since we moved to Prospero, we are crafting proposals right after our meetings. Most importantly the clients find it easy and straight forward to read. And for us, we get to track our acceptance rate without issues.
PROSI like how easy it is to used, and since I can save my own templates from previous projects, I can organize them better. Also, the clients find it very easy to use and sign!
CONSMaybe if the UI allowed me to edit more and customize my layout more will be helpful, but not a big deal tbh.

First choice for us
Ease of use and basic customization is perfectly what we need. Everybody from our team uses Prospero efficiently without any prior courses or manuals. This software just works and is really intuitive. Good job, Prospero!

Wow just wow!
Has to be the best software I have seen and worked with in over 20 years. This is going to change my business and already has started to and I only purchased a week ago.
PROSSo easy to use, visually beautiful. So very happy I stumbled across it.
CONSI would love to see a white label option.

Xero is too formal in style. I love the creative kind feel of your software. And it’s value for money. Please don’t increase your prices and start locking people in. This drives business away.

Prospero for the little guy
We needed something more than static pdf proposals to gain an edge on our competitors. We tried several competitors that had nice features. The learning curve, flexibility and price point made Prospero the best choice for us!
PROSIntuative with a small learning curve. First proposal took 20 minutes mainly to learn and setup. Each proposal thereafter less than 5 mins. My sales staff loves Prospero.

Really great wensite
As mentioned before its really great and does all the work for me. It's so great having my terms written out for me in a few clicks. It's also really helpful having it professionally written so I don't waste time trying to come up with the best term to say it.
PROSIt's really easy to use and does all the work for me. I've told everyone about it. I'm on a few different design and creative groups and people are constantly asking about how to write their design proposal or contracts or what to put in the terms. I luckily just have to click a few buttons and I'm done. Some months I use it once sometimes more (it's only a part-time gig for me) but it's worth it every time.
CONSEverything is great, I guess I would just ask for even more options of customization on the layout.

Super-awesome app: It really speed-up the process of sending proposals
The most amazing thing is how fast you can create proposals and the second most amazing thing is that they give you a lot of references to take inspiration from for the filling up of the proposals. Very useful for me especially on the Terms & Conditions part for example. A really good feature is also the possibility to check when the proposal has been opened and how may times it has been viewed.
CONSIt is in english at the moment and I am not sure if there are other languages, but not Italian. Anyway it is completely customizable, so that I can send proposals with not a single word written in english, and this is totally fine for me.

Very handy platform and great support

Saving time.
PROSProspero has an intuitive software with the exact features a designer needs to develop a proposal, it has saved me a lot of time in my life as a freelance designer. It's amazing and I advise you to try it!
