Shopify is the best way to start ecommerce
I ought to say this is the stage that I might want to use for my online business clients. Presumably that they are working really hard structure. I trust Shopify start a respectable client assistance that we can call and allow us to pose inquiries as a paying client.
PROSSo natural to simply import all my client's items and the day after that large number of items where on Google's most memorable page that astounded me. Extremely simple to arrangement and use. I use it for my client's internet based shop.
CONSWhere do I started? - Only a couple of free site topic! truly?? indeed, even we're burning through $30/month we need to pay like $300 to get a respectable subject! - Although the vast majority (counting myself) thought there was such countless instructional exercises on web however there isn't sufficient. A large portion of them are being made by the more established rendition and doesn't match the new look. - Google's page speed test is continuously showing lower speed contrasting with different stages like Wordpress. - No client assistance which isn't adequate

I really liked my Shopify experience
A very good experience for me and I would recommend it to anyone because of its many advantages compared to its disadvantages
PROSOne of its advantages is that it is easy to use on a mobile phone and that it is very suitable for owners of small business projects. The prices of its plans are considered good compared to its competitors in the field. The most important advantage from my point of view is the number of visits per month due to its great popularity, which of course is reflected in sales.
CONSOne of its drawbacks for me is the lack of diversity in methods of payment and receiving money. The second drawback is that it does not provide a free trial for the first month for any new user without a final payment, and this is a type of motivation and support.

Need to sell your product online? Shopify is a good choice.
I was very happy that their customer service team was very responsive in helping to setup special things, like sizes, shipping issues, taxation issues, etc. It's not the most intuitive system, but it works good.
PROSShopify has a variety of features that most users will find useful and helpful. The system is hosted on their platform, so that helps with security. Inventory control is spot-on, and sales reporting is good. This is a system that is easy for a novice user to use, though once it is set up.
CONSThe setup can be a bit complicated, especially adding features like taxes, sizes, etc. But, once you have it all setup, it's easy to use going forward.
Reason for choosing Shopify
I use several different platforms, but for ease of use going forward, Shopify is a good, reliable system.

Shopify the easy online store maker
Shopify can be a very useful tool for a physical store that already sells and needs a quick solution for an online store, as happened to many sellers during the covid-19 pandemic, However, for someone who is completely new, this may be less suitable unless they have marketing that will bring them sales after a month or two.
PROSShopify is a great platform for setting up an online store quickly. You don't need any special knowledge and all the tools for setting up an online store are already there and it optimize to be a online store. You just need to design it a bit and enter products. In addition, there are plugins that interface with it, for example for drop shipping sellers.
CONSIn my opinion, the monthly cost is expensive for someone who is just starting out with an online store. If you don't sell on a regular basis, the monthly cost can be a issue and not worth it. also there are the platform restrictions and less flexibility for special features that you want, unlike WordPress, which has much more flexibility.

A great way for an SME to sell online!
Very positive. I'm happy I chose Shopify.
PROSThe software is phenomenal, bearing in mind how much (little ) you pay. It works brilliantly for mobile. Is pretty flexible in layout, even if you don't want to dive into coding.
CONSThe image managment isn't great. It's hard to adjust banners so they don't pixelate on a computer screen - though they look great on mobile.
Reason for choosing Shopify
I chose Shopify because I wanted a proven ecommerce platform with blogging capability. Taking payments online needed to be watertight to give me customers peace of mind. Also, I wanted to feel that my customer data was safe... but mine to use.

Best for dropshipping
Noteworthy internet business offices. The most ideal decision to assemble an internet based store.
PROSShopify gives a simple to utilize stage to figuring out your site and takes unique consideration of your industry, thing, and buyer personas. They offer free, versatile configurations that license you to prepare in a very short period of time. Their client administration bunch was open to answer requests consistently, and they have a lot of resources for help with exploring any issues. They in like manner have a ton of module features to help with fostering your business, and I really loved all of the electronic diversion module stages, for instance, IG and FB where a client can organize things from those stages.
CONSThe pricing for new comers could be better, even with the free trial, and plus a great deal of stores require over 30 days to do the principal deal, it could have a superior arrangement for who's beginning

No doubt Shopify is a great platform for online stores and business owners. However certain features can be improved to outshine the other platforms.
PROSShopify is very easy to use and the customization tool is helpful and save a lot of time. The 24/7 customer support is accessible through varies ways. Last but not least, receiving payment on Shopify which includes third party platform is easy.
CONSThe trial period could be longer, perhaps 30 days free trial for the users to fully discover its advantages. When exiting the platform, it is not quite accomodating.

I use Shopify for all my Ecommerce Businesses
I built both shopify stores from scratch without prior knowledge and it took me about a full week to get the hang of things. I would make adjustments as I could to help convert customers. I still feel like it's the best place to only sell products but still a bit costly to make a really nice design. I now hire virtual assistants to make all the changes on the site and manage it but that can cost too so it's great there are API's to help grow the business, which all cost more money though, some are free (Reddit, pinterest). Overall, I will still use the software.
PROSSleek designs, easy to use, easy to keep track of products and sales, great third party API integrations and marketing software, and simple to run. Many Virtual Assistants already know how to use this software which makes life very easy for me. The simpler, the better. I have several shopify stores and I aim to make passive income in this realm.
CONSTemplates are limited, a lot of the development is backend yet I'm a visual person so I like to see everything as I'm doing it, and it can get a little overwhelming with all the integrations needed to turn a Shopify store into a massive profitable business. I feel like the best templates cost too much money and the ones we are offered look basic and not easily customizable. It could use a better blog feature section and a bit more visual aspects such as videos to help pitch or promote the business. Maybe even used for online courses with private logins would be great.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Shopify is specifically built to convert and make money in the e-commerce world and this is what I'm interested in. However I'd like a more complete software allowing me to pair an actual website (consulting, online courses, etc...) to this to make me full appreciate it.

Hands down the easiest eCommerce platform
I resisted Shopify for a long time because I absolutely love WooCommerce and the concept of open source software. Over the years Shopify has won me over with it's ease-of-use. If your site requires a very high level of complexity, i.e. dynamically generating ebooks, built-in queue technology, sophisticated subscriptions, etc. I'll usually recommend using something like WooCommerce. Or if you literally have zero budget for a website... Otherwise, it's Shopify all the way. Shopify's prices are very fair, it's easy for admins and staff alike to use, and it integrates with all the most critical 3rd party tools. There are very rare cases in which you won't have access to a technology you want, and if that's the case the API is robust enough to allow for a custom developed solution to most of those problems. Shopify is arguably the best overall eCommerce platform, with WooCommerce being the only other system that gives it a real run for its money.
PROSShopify is the easiest eCommerce platform and offers an excellent combination of ease-of-use and power. I love WooCommerce (have used it for site builds since 2012), but Shopify has become my new go-to for basic eCommerce builds in recent years. If you know what you're doing you can literally get a simple Shopify site up and running in less than 2 hours. The plugin and theme marketplaces on Shopify are phenomenal. They're not as extensive as the WP plugin marketplaces, but the overall quality is better, making up for the quantity gap. There are still a few holes compared to something like WooCommerce, but Shopify will do 95% of what you could imagine doing on an eCommerce site, and do it easier than anyone else. Stability may be the biggest selling point of Shopify. Because you don't control the server, database, or mid-tier code, the hard maintenance is all done by Shopify automatically. Most serious eCommerce businesses make back their subscription just in the maintenance cost savings.
CONSShopify is not nearly as flexible as something like WooCommerce or Magento because you don't have access to the server's backend code or the database. This makes it harder (and sometimes even impossible) to build out really sophisticated solutions to difficult data oriented problems. That said, those kinds of problems are rare and most businesses will be able to find alternative solutions. Shopify is going to run you $30/month+. Compared to a lot of the open source options out there this can feel expensive. Apps can drive that price higher very quickly. For most small businesses they're going to find themselves paying $50-$100/month for the features they need to drive their online sales. If you're willing to go without some functionality (or find a free alternative) you can keep that cost in the $30-$50/month range.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Ease of use and stability. All the other systems require more technical understanding. Even for techy people there's something nice about working with a system that just works.

I LOVE Shopify
It's been a highly successful project. We went from having an idea to having a very successful website within a year. Upkeep is a breeze and they are always improving their software. In the 2.5 years we have been using Shopify software, I have never had to contact support or interact with Shopify about any issues. It just works.
PROSShopify made launching a new website super easy. We had an idea to start selling a new product line that differed from what we were already doing, so we decided to create a new website. Shopify made it easy to design our website, create a product catalog and start selling. Shopify is low-cost but feature rich. They blow away the competition when it comes to launching new, and established E-commerce websites. It took less than 6 months from signing up to selling. Our store has been very successful and I credit that to how easy Shopify made the whole process.
CONSMy only complaint is that we cannot use "Shopify Payments" to process credit cards for our product line. We have to use an external credit card processor and that makes it more expensive. Shopify charges additional fees if you do not use their in house Credit Card Processor, but will not waive fees when they do not allow you to use their processor.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Shopify is the market leader when it comes to E-Commerce software. Using anything else would have been accepting less features and less experience. The other providers are years behind Shopify.

They promise the moon and provide a crumbling chunk of space rock
I couldn't move away from this platform fast enough. I lost 7 months of effort and about $3000 cash dealing with this shifty company that promises the moon and provides a crumbling chunk of space rock. Steer clear of this place if you want a long-term site that won't bleed you dry. It's a band-aid solution I would have expected in the 90s with Web 1.0, but it simply cannot perform in the 2020s in a global marketplace.
PROSIt's braindead easy for anyone with a modest set of technical skills to setup a store. (If you can use Facebook, you can use Shipify). Uploading files is a breeze and most menus seem to make some logical sense. The easy of initial setup is why so many scam sites use this platform-- anyone, even fraudsters love it. But that doesn't make it a good platform!
CONSThe platform is quite costly compared to other options. It doesn't come with enough features to work on its own so users are stuck having to pay for add-on modules. And these are not a straight-up purchase but come with a monthly fee. I calculated the modules I would need and it was going to run me $500-$800 USD/month! It has been cheaper to build a Magento site and pay cash up front, one time, for modules I will use for the lifetime of my site. The service at Shopify was appalling. I contacted support with a problem on their server that the tech couldn't help resolve but refused to patch me through to someone else. This happened every time I called in (4 times with similar issues on their end). Payout is offered in one currency and once a week. Not at all flexible or professional. The final dealbreaker was when they sold me a 3rd party theme that was replaced 2 days later by the vendor with a better theme, and the vendor would have refunded me but said it was up to Shopify to refund. Shopify refused and the Vendor was very apologetic and said they heard all the time from customers how unprofessional Shopify's policies were. I have since noticed how many fly-by-night scammer sites and sites selling counterfeit goods are on the Shopify platform. Though these are rarely shut down, honest sites sometimes are. I feel much safer hosting my site on my terms and without worry they, under their user agreement, can terminate my site whenever they choose.
Reason for choosing Shopify
I thought Shopify would provide the features that were necessary to my site. Alas, said features were not present in the site and many not even in modules. It was a bad call on my part to think this solution would work.
Reasons for switching to Shopify
I was advised by a developer to use Shopify as he thought it would provide the many features my new site required. Sadly, all the features, many basic, were only available with costly extensions on a monthly plan. It was a poor choice and I regretted it for nearly a year as I had to switch over yet again to a far more flexible and powerful platform (Magento).

Best e-commerce Website Hosting Platform
Our clients are extremely happy with Shopify as a website hosting platform and have seen positive increases in their business from having a platform that works so well.
PROSShopify is extremely user friendly and is designed to not break with updating like many of the other website hosting platforms. It is easy to update and page load speeds are quick. Their reporting is also user friendly.
CONSCost is slightly higher that their competitors like Wordpress or similar. This cost is easily recouped in the website performance and lack of need to continually update things.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Ease of use, ability to update products/prices easily. Shopify does not break or go down.
Reasons for switching to Shopify
WordPress often breaks with plugin updates and is slower than Shopify.

Shopify Store Impact
I would recommend this product to somebody else if you are just beginning your journey with e-commerce and you do not want to waste a lot of time launching or developing a website.
PROSI really like the user interface because it's not complicating to read or review and it doesn't take away time from any person that's just beginning to write or develop their own website.
CONSI do not like the paid website templates I think it should be more open sourced to integrate with sites such as WordPress and woocommerce so that more people can access this platform; however, I do understand they provide a holistic package for small to medium sized businesses which is much more affordable than some options.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Shopify was the only one that was integrated with payment system for the client that was in another country, and in their budget.
Reasons for switching to Shopify
Weebly's website management was having a lot of bugs with the payment system in terms of the subscription for the plan. And it was tear whereby you weren't able to get access to email marketing other software that's available or even affordable for the platform with Shopify.

Shopify is the best option for ecommerce
Shopify helps me develop amazing stores, that work well in all devices and can easily integrate to more platforms needed within my sales system. I’m greatly pleased with the platform so far and excited to see which new features might come in the future.
PROSShopify it’s a platform built for ecommerce specifically, therefore all its features provide a better process for all the activities an ecomm needs to have, compared to different softwares that were built mainly as corporate websites and now include options to accept payments. It’s easy to use, comes with limitations in design as all templates are pre-approved by user design experts and it’s designed to deliver a great experience, so if you are looking for 100% customization you might need to reconsider the goals of your project. It’s also great to be able to add more apps / softwares that enable features that give you a more powerful platform for your business. And lastly, I believe their support team is great, as I always get fast response to my inquiries.
CONSThere are limitations in customization and you can’t enable multi-currency stores unless you are in one of the countries accepted.
Reason for choosing Shopify
Because Shopify seemed to be the leader in the ecommerce platforms sector and it’s 100% built for ecommerce.
