It's easy to use, seems like it's pretty secure, and is fairly competitively priced.

I like that Secured Signing has the feature that a code is required in order to access the file - you can't just use the link and access it. I'm not sure what extra security this adds if someone has access to the mailbox of the person signing, but hey - an extra security feature is a good thing. I haven't used it yet, but doing a video recording of the person signing seems like a great idea to get the person to sign it.

My biggest frustration is when I upload a document AND IT'S THE WRONG ONE. I haven't sent it for signing or done anything else with it, but the simple act of uploading a file counts as using one document. I don't feel like this is fair at all - I feel like it should only count if it's actually been signed or sent for signing. There have been multiple occasions where I've realised I either uploaded the wrong file or it needed a couple of touch-ups before uploading, but it's too late - I'm already down one more document.

Once the document is sent out, I can't take it back to modify. In order for me to modify it, I would have to delete the existing one and upload another one; This will cost me of having to for an extra document which I think it's unreasonable.The user interface is not very easy to deal with especially when trying to resize the fields or signature box - working on documents on a smaller laptop screen or tablet is not ideal in trying to resizing the field.

It's been over 5 years since we started working with the Secured Signing team and since then, the scope of products on offer has increased and has greatly benefited our business.

It's easy to use and offer flexibility in it's design, when it needs to be. As a business we want to report on performance and audit our process, which Secured Signing delivers to us.

There is nothing really that I do not like about the Secured Signing product.

It has been quite useful and practical way to sign contracts, avoiding bureaucracy, wasting time and costs with paper document signatures. I have no more than 3 documents to be signed per months so it fits perfectly with a need of a little business

Easy to use, the pricing is quite fair, you don't pay for a low level of usage (three signatures per month) and you can pay per signature if you need more, or you can buy different packages to support your business volume

The interface could be improved in special one visual workflow, It can be a little misleading the way of the current interface and how you select who is signing what

Due to having very few documents to sign this is an excellent product. It is free to use up to 3 documents a month per user and for us this is amazing. If we were to need additional we would happily sign up for a paid version as it easy to use and does exactly what it needs to.

Really good, great customer support, easy to use and has solved a problem we had.

One of the best features is that it integrates with our ATS so sending and receiving signed documents back is seamless.

Sometimes I got an error that I cannot sign a document. My test document used 2 the same email addresses to sign. So, it was a user error maybe. I hope I got the real error message so that I will know.

It's easy to set up and get started. My clients are happy they no longer need to print, sign, scan and email documents. It's easy to combine several documents to send to one client and is helping me to create less paper. Secured signing have offered a free on-line training session, I'm hoping this will help me use more features that might be available.

Nothing so far, I'm still finding my way around and only using it on a very basic level.

I think it's not what we dont like but what we dont understand on how to fully use the software and our limited time to investigate and be trained to best use the software

As i have only been using the software for the last week i feel it is a little to early to give a true picture. First impression are good so far.

Visually very pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate around the software.

More basic help tutorial especially for new users.

Very positive, we can now e-sign documents which require witnesses.

We needed a way to do document signing including proper witnessing. Not many other e-sign solutions on the market have this feature. Very happy to have found SS - this saved us so much time, very pleased.

Only complaint was lack of a mailing list type feature. We needed to send the same document to dozens of people, and had to load them up one-at-a-time.

If the issues above are fixed it would be 5 stars all round, hopefully the dev team can implement these :-)

Very cost-effective solution for digital signing.

Allow changing the 'From' email to clients as currently its fixed with my name rather than my company name. That the client gets offered to download the unfinished multiple signature document before the final signing is done. Doesn't respect the form fields order that was created in Adobe so I can Tab to the next logical field, its jumps around the document so need to use the mouse to select the next field.

I've had a great experience with it.

Uploading documents and adding custom signature fields is pretty easy.

Now that I've used it a few dozen times, there isn't anything I can think of that I don't like about it. I've not used all of its functions, though.

The software is easy to use and more importantly its easy for clients to use, with the new added video option it makes signing documents with clients seamless and simple, it has enabled us to improve our client services and client satisfaction.

I would love to be able to reuse documents, without having to reboot the system.
