My only major complain is that the desktop version is very limited in capabilities. Constantly being online for the full product is not always an option.

Highrise is economical and provides many good features. The program allows for ease in putting in contacts and notes.

Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time. It is reasonably priced and easy to work it.

I like that with it you can prioritize files. The Customer Service is always quick to respond and resolve issues.

This is/was a terrific starter CRM. It even supports autosave so you don't lose notes.

Lack of updates and financial tracking. Disappointed that they are not continuing.

Great Price and Great functionality - Hard to Navigate at first.

It used to interface with gmail but has now stopped that and will no longer receive upgrades, which is a shame.

Countless controls and functions and sections and definitions and miserable standard of support meant it was shelved within a few months.

Notificare is the techy one out there, the usability of the dashboard is ok but has a higher learning curve. Some visualisation capabilities are limited, but their API's and SDKs make up for it.

We first went for another solution, they oversold and the AMA support of notificare got me thinking. Happy we made the switch.

We've investigated all the players in the space (like onesignal, airship, braze etc) and did extensive testing with a few of them.

The dashboard / admin panel has some UI/UX problems that halt optimal usage of the software.

The only feature that I sometimes miss would be another way on how to track analytics and data about users.

The interface is user friendly and UX is on point. Also the messages are 100% guaranteed to deliver, never had any problems with delivery.

So many options, you really need to invest time in experimenting and in educating colleagues to take away the worry of doing something wrong.
