Notificare is the techy one out there, the usability of the dashboard is ok but has a higher learning curve. Some visualisation capabilities are limited, but their API's and SDKs make up for it.

We first went for another solution, they oversold and the AMA support of notificare got me thinking. Happy we made the switch.

We've investigated all the players in the space (like onesignal, airship, braze etc) and did extensive testing with a few of them.

The dashboard / admin panel has some UI/UX problems that halt optimal usage of the software.

The only feature that I sometimes miss would be another way on how to track analytics and data about users.

The interface is user friendly and UX is on point. Also the messages are 100% guaranteed to deliver, never had any problems with delivery.

So many options, you really need to invest time in experimenting and in educating colleagues to take away the worry of doing something wrong.

Also, the trial is great to use at its best and after it ends you still can use it in a limited way, of course. Great to automate and save time.

Customer service gets AAAAAA. Plus it is so easy to use and again customer service is amazing.

Streak is awesome and the best in class for email integrated CRM, particularly small businesses that work on gmail.

This is a horrible pain for our business and it happened after using their own extension, Streak.

I love how easy it is to use this software to remind myself of emails I need to follow up with. It's also great for organizing your emails into different categories.

It was an inexpensive way to maintain a database of clients and their needs. It also integrated into Gmail which made it easy to use because we didn't have to open one more tab.

This is so great to follow up on things. You can save tons of time doing emails on batch and also you can track if people opened you emails.

Streak is great because it integrates seamlessly with gmail and g suite.

It's amazingly easy to use and to set up. I use it to track Open-Rate on emails and a couple of things more and it works great.

Sometimes the email tracking is incorrect and gives in wrong information.

The best part about is it is fully integrated with Gmail. It makes for great task tracking and following up on customer leads.

I have observed that some of my mails are not not marked as view even though the receiver has viewed them and replied. I don't know the specific reason for this, but it's confusing.

It worked out great to organize and reach out to potential partners. Setting it up and get going at a low price is what Streak is great for.

I love that Streak integrates seamlessly into my Gmail inbox.

Easy to install, easy to use product that is totally helpful in day-to-day customer service.

I will never use any other CRM system again. I have used possibly 7 or 8 in the past and Streak CRM is the best of all of them.

Overall, I love it - I am able to organize workflow & client communications in one place and that is terrific.

We are on a paid Pro plan and we  have been consistently experiencing this problem for one year. Going to appoint a lawyer to get our money back.

Always loved using but this week the customer service has been very fast and helpful.

It was a great tool to follow the product implementation down a pipeline. We used it to make sure all of us were aware where we were with integration at a certain property.

Good news is that it integrates seamlessly with Gmail. This makes it easy to access your contacts and remain in the same interface and paradigm.

It has a clean excel like interface & they developed an App and gave it in free version very early on. It is something every self employed must use and can use.

It is easy to use and the email tracking feature is great. It's very useful when you need to know if your customers have seen your email or not.

It is a great tool to see where exactly we are in the integration process and how far along we are with each company we work with. It works well, and is reasonably priced.

There is a huge amount of automation involved which can take over for email marketing and has been pretty useful in that sense.

I really like that it is integrated with gmail--it saves me a lot of time with this. Once you go through the import process for a list, the rest of the interface is pretty good.

For a free tool, this is awesome. Really easy to use and gives good info as well as tools to engage better.
