Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • CallingPost is easy to set up and use. I can record messages now and send them out later or repeatedly as needed. I use it to inform our church about upcoming events and changes to our schedule.

  • Calling Post is very user friendly and very reliable. From setting up our account to sending out our weekly messages to our Church family, Calling Post is the only Calling platform I will ever use!

  • Cons

  • When you're paying for a higher tier, you should have the option to have a recording that's longer than 2 minutes.

  • We didn't like when it didn't work for a weekend because of a glitch in their system.!

  • Pros

  • What I loved most about the software was the response time as well as the ease of use.

  • We use crisis control to track and account for all staff globally during an incident. We can communicate to everyone wherever they are around the world all from the app.

  • Cons

  • I'd like to post updates and messages to our recruitment sites but we can't do this at the moment.

  • I’m struggling to think of negatives about the project. Highly recommended!
