So far I have found Blink a good app and a lot  better than apps I’ve used previously it has everything I need to keep me fully informed.

Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.

Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.

This product is easy to use and feel like a part of a community in the company.

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.

First class customer service. The Blink support team are always there to help me with API integration.

It is a great tool for keeping in touch with colleagues and the company whist being on Furlough.

We were able to test Blink for free prior to committing to it, but knew immediately that it was perfect for our needs.

The ease of communicating with both groups and individuals immediately, getting responses and reaction as well as being able to deal with any issues the minute they arise and offer immediate feedback.

I love how it's feed-based and gives a sense of community when working remotely full-time.

I like how it doesn't confine, I'm able to integrate it with day to day work flows and interact fluidly with those both in and outside my organisation. Professional, modern, fun and effective.

This product is very easy to use, there are many similarities to certain social medial platforms which makes the users feel at ease when using it.

Our EPG is linked (via API) and it's a great way to get good automated snap shots awhile on the move... even alerts.

Due to the ease of use we use it regularly to bring small/ad hoc project teams together in order to share documentation and messaging.

Ability to share and communicate with all employees or with individual teams. Quick and helpful responses from Blink staff/developers -- willingness to go above and beyond to meet our company's needs.

I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.

A user friendly platform for our multi national team.

It is easy  to use and is a very effective way of communicating with the wider office team, tracking various projects.

Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.

However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.

Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

We had teething issues to start regarding invites, where someone will try to join but will be stuck in an endless loop.

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.

The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.

Fine for communications, lacking in other features.

We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

When there isn’t clear-cut communication, assumptions run wild and morph into rumors or beliefs, which are often exaggerated or false.

We've found the chat functionality is particularly useful and has cut down our email traffic significantly. It's a great way to get quick information out to the right people, at the right time.

It could integrate with 3rd party data utilizing JSON or XML which makes it extremely versatile.

It is a great way to reach citizens that do not utilize social media/website. I have had outstanding service with the FWI team since I started in this position in our organization.

It is flexible and powerful and constantly being improved.

I felt that it was easy to configure and the price of training was good too. I like that they allow you to do online training.

The ease of use and ability to  customize the service how I need it.

Overall I think Four Winds is the best choice of software for my companies needs. I would not suggest Four Winds to a small company as it is a steep price to get started.

There is a lot of flexibility, fantastic resources and free templates. Customer service reps are always very sharp and have been able to resolve any issue i've encountered.

This may be ignorance on my part, but the limits of available fonts and graphical options when working within Live Data and Wayfinding can be cumbersome to work around.

No matter what the project required, I was able to get it done with FWi. They have some of the best features available for data integration, content playback, performance, and network management.

It is a little difficult to fully grasp all the controls from the administrative side.

I Like that I can reach the tech support at anytime and get a quick response. We are a hotel so things happen at super early hours or super late hours of the day.

The ease of use and reliability makes Four Winds easy to use. Their customer service and tech support has been outstanding.

It is a great place to build a sandbox and test different themes. It is fully configurable and can be fine tuned to address any eventuality.

Many past problems I have run into including documentation, etc are being actively addressed by the company with enhancements coming to the customer portal.

Scheduling - not being able to batch delete outdated interrupts and recurrences.

The piece that is missing, is a faster way to deploy the same graphic to multiple signs.

Everyone has been proactive, helpful and understanding. I find the webinars and KB articles immensely helpful.

The strongest aspect of FWI signage software is the ability to integrate with so many sources of data, including RSS, XML, SQL, and JSON.

My version relies on IE for HTML which has caused several problems. I understand the updated version has the option of chromium though.

Ease of use, and flexibility. Being cloud based also provides the ability to make changes quickly and on the fly as needed.

I like the freedom to add images, power point slices and be able to free type. For me I like to personalize my groups so I can always type a personalize message to my groups.
