It could integrate with 3rd party data utilizing JSON or XML which makes it extremely versatile.

It is a great way to reach citizens that do not utilize social media/website. I have had outstanding service with the FWI team since I started in this position in our organization.

It is flexible and powerful and constantly being improved.

I felt that it was easy to configure and the price of training was good too. I like that they allow you to do online training.

The ease of use and ability to  customize the service how I need it.

Overall I think Four Winds is the best choice of software for my companies needs. I would not suggest Four Winds to a small company as it is a steep price to get started.

There is a lot of flexibility, fantastic resources and free templates. Customer service reps are always very sharp and have been able to resolve any issue i've encountered.

This may be ignorance on my part, but the limits of available fonts and graphical options when working within Live Data and Wayfinding can be cumbersome to work around.

No matter what the project required, I was able to get it done with FWi. They have some of the best features available for data integration, content playback, performance, and network management.

It is a little difficult to fully grasp all the controls from the administrative side.

I Like that I can reach the tech support at anytime and get a quick response. We are a hotel so things happen at super early hours or super late hours of the day.

The ease of use and reliability makes Four Winds easy to use. Their customer service and tech support has been outstanding.

It is a great place to build a sandbox and test different themes. It is fully configurable and can be fine tuned to address any eventuality.

Many past problems I have run into including documentation, etc are being actively addressed by the company with enhancements coming to the customer portal.

Scheduling - not being able to batch delete outdated interrupts and recurrences.

The piece that is missing, is a faster way to deploy the same graphic to multiple signs.

Everyone has been proactive, helpful and understanding. I find the webinars and KB articles immensely helpful.

Great Product and Exceptional Customer Support.

The strongest aspect of FWI signage software is the ability to integrate with so many sources of data, including RSS, XML, SQL, and JSON.

My version relies on IE for HTML which has caused several problems. I understand the updated version has the option of chromium though.

Ease of use, and flexibility. Being cloud based also provides the ability to make changes quickly and on the fly as needed.

I like the freedom to add images, power point slices and be able to free type. For me I like to personalize my groups so I can always type a personalize message to my groups.

Love uploading pics and gifs. The spaces are excellent to focus your key messages to.

It integrates seamlessly with other business systems. It has really helped to improve our communication and helps all employees live the company values which are a great feature of Workvivo.

Easy to use and looks great, content updated daily like the podcasts, maybe something like a playlist of music might be an idea that also changes daily.

Intuitive, non-intrusive, and a nice aside from normal corporate communication.

While I am aware staff engagement is the objective, the constant updates of activities of other sections and departments feels like over kill.

We recently startyed using the podcast featuer and got a good response. The article feature is good to drive information.

I find the use of the spaces very helpful and I really like the look and the layout. It is easy to navigate and brings sparkles to our daily working days.

Excellent platform to communicate and connect with employees. It's simple and easy to use for administrators and employees alike.

Functions are great, with some lovely added extras, and most of all the ongoing support from the team is top notch.

It reminds me a lot of Facebook (which, personally, I stopped using over a year ago), but that isn't a gripe with the product as such - more my own feelings on social media.

The use of the shout out feature does not always to be as intended. Inge would expect it to used in a relevant targeted way or often appears to be used in a effort of self promotion bordering on spam.

The ease of use with Workvivo is outstanding, simple and attractive. Its self explanatory to work through and has instant impact.

On the desktop version, there is no way of adding emojis into your text.

I found our entire onboarding process to be easy and seamless - our customer service team was truly wonderful, and we love the product.

It's a bit confusing to find out how to post a shoutout - I managed to work it out in the end.

WorkVivo were brilliant from the first call with their support and their dedicated team have made every step easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this platform to anyone.

Workvivo is my new Facebook. No need to speak to the hubby.

I enjoy that this product is easy to use. I like that it integrates with other apps like Teams.

I added my work email to notifications and get numerous emails every day. My inbox has limited capacity so regular deletion necessary.
