The customer service is awesome. They will log onto my computer to show me how to do something if I am having issues figuring something out.

Some adding and plugins has issues and not working as expected, the middleware servers for the addons are not stable.

Decent features and functionality and easy to use IF you know how to code.

It's quite easy to upload content to Jive, and I find it useful for finding individuals in my organization.

Jive is a great tool for social collaboration. I love using it to communicate with other co-workers in the organization.

Then with the outlook plugin, you could have discussions directly from outlook and it had nice integration with word and excel.

I don't like having to manually dial in a number to enter a queue and to call again to leave the queue to set your availability. There should be a more automated way of doing this.

Basic functionality is acceptable. Weekly digest a good feature if it works.

As far as call quality goes, it has been great.

We were using Truly before and although the call quality was not as consistent, I preferred the interface. Much cleaner and minimal.

The Jive homepage is overly crowded , making Jive difficult to navigate. Personally,I see the Jive  user interface as un-intuitive.

We've always enjoyed using Jive at our office. Whenever we need any help, their customer service has been excellent.

Well laid out structure. Excellent Office integration for file control.

Have not had any issues with it. Pretty intuitive to use.

The Customer Service/Support team is pretty bad to put it lightly.

Multiple phone equipment options (purchased separately with Jive) for multiple office locations. Desktop equipment is excellent with perfect connectivity and sound quality.

Good pricing and nice that they now have a mobile version that works well - many other intranet software platforms do not have mobile capabilities.

Search wasn't useful, hard to find info in it. Interface is a little confusing and could be frustrating.

Great place to keep up to date info. Our department has a very organized space full of great resources that we can direct employees to.

Took a few days to fix a problem with my sign up, and needed to be passed to 2 other people to fix it.

My overall experience has been great. Everything works as expected and as it should.

People in my organization frequently complain that it's hard to find what they are looking for.

I used a Jive based community at a previous company. It was great and wonderful way to communicate and collaborate with colleagues in such a large company.

This product was a great product to have in our office. Everyone would use it and it would help us contact others better.

This system quickly becomes a mess without proper governance.

Sage people allows you to add your personal objectives which are also pretty useful. Especially in the way it collaborates with your manager.

Sits on the salesforce platform which is very robust. The staff at Fairsail are fantastic to work with and offer outstanding service.

I can usually set it up exactly how we need it to work, with few exceptions. It's intuitive and flexible - exactly what we needed.

The Sage people sales team were great to work with. We talked with them on several occasions and we developed a nice relationship and worked towards a resolution.

About HR Portal: The Lightning portal is intuitive and you can find the related information easily. On the same screen, you can have a whole overview of what you need.

This software seems painfully outdated. There are other cloud softwares that blow this one away.

Excellent value for money. Straight forward workforce engagement tools.

The software has been easy to use and has all the appropriate fields required for the information we wish to store.

Really, my only source of frustration is with the documentation.

The system is priced very reasonably, especially compared to bigger names in the market. Cannot recommend highly enough - by far and away the best HR software I have ever used.

It seems very intuitive and like it can support all we are trying to do.

Integrates really well with existing / other systems. Can be implemented rapidly.

Pleased to work with Sage People HCM, good quality and great services, without doubt one of the best companies in the area of human resources.

Reporting which is based on force.com is very poor, time management is very difficult and the roadmap of new features from Sage is weak.

Straight forward for Integrations including into payroll. Out of the box automation.

Ease of configuration, enabling us to control/action changes internally and not rely on outside support. Ability to tailor globally (to meet individual country's local requirement).

However, overall it is a straight forward fully functioning system for both employees and our HR teams to use and the reporting tool is also a good asset to have.

The mobile version is a bit tricky to navigate.
