Overall experience was amazing. My company solved many issues with this some of them being -- Time management of Employees- Employee Monitoring/Screenshots of their screen from time to time- Employee productivity improved- Idle TimeI was able to see what time of the day employees are not productive and take necessary steps to improve that.

The best thing about FocusRO was that they are not that expensive compared to its peers, I was using Webwork Time Tracker for 1 year and I shifted to FocusRO for the pricing but they are really great and I wish I knew it sooner. I compared focusRo with multiple Employee Monitoring softwares and purchased it, The best thing is the support is worldclass. Also they allow you to customize the software to a certain point to your requirements, the screenshots can be blurred as per your requirement, there are many features which makes it worth the use.

The only thing that I didn't like is they charge you for non active users, they will not charge you if you delete the user. They are right on their part but still I did not like this as the user data will not be accessible if i delete the user, which means i wont be able to access the data later, but as long as I keep paying it will be there. Apart from this it is a really great app.

when i show that i was unhappy with this situation they said they will fix it and gave deadlines that couldnt commit to, and eventually i got a message in my linkedin from their costumer support and i said that we thinking of canceling our account. she just went and disabled my account. they didn't even get my approval to do so.

Pros, -they offer 3 accounts for free. -their support answers quite fast.

Cons,Hours are different than in reality.when our employee would start at 3 pm his shift, it would show as if he started one day before in the calendar week so we couldn't really understand when was the real-time of monitoring.The daily reports would arrive with the complete discrepancy in details, of names of agents, hours of work, idle and break time.i could go on and on, but you get it, the most important thing about this tools is that you can trust at least the time and the action of the person your monitoring.

The software has to adjust to your systems for a little while, so it learns what pages are ok and what not. It requires some attention at the start, don't know if that can be avoided...
