Retail Experts with a powerful system
We found them on google and were evaluating, Vend, Shopify POS & Hulexo as our potential ERP/POS providers. We were a little skeptical initially as we hadn't heard about them before and they weren't as huge as other companies we spoke to, but throughout the process, they were always responsive and had numerous strong UAE-based clients in the retail industry. Their pricing was fairly competitive as well and what made us feel secure was their payment terms which was a small amount as advance payment, and the rest after a successful implementation. Once we signed the agreement with them, everything was a breeze. We had one kick-off meeting with their business analyst, and they briefed us on the process. We sent them our inventory and other data on excel sheets, and they set up our system within 2 days, including the training and implementation. We then had a couple of modifications and some additional reports which they also accommodated in a day. I was pretty surprised with their customer support team's response time which was within 5-10 min even after working hours. Overall, I think we made a great decision, and I don't think we could've gotten the same quality and commitment we got from Hulexo, from any other ERP company in Dubai
PROSThe best thing I liked about their system was the customizability. When we were using Odoo, we would get charged upon every new feature/change we asked for, which took ages to implement. With Hulexo, we used to have one meeting with their business analyst, and the changes would literally be done in the next hour. So In my opinion, their system's customizability and the response time of their team is the best part about Hulexo
CONSThere were no cons as such with the software or the company. However, one thing that can be better is more onsite/physical support. Most of their training was online, which was pretty great because they were recorded and could be referenced back to, but sometimes we just prefer someone face to face which takes them a couple of days to arrange
Reason for choosing Hulexo ERP
VEND Pos and Shopify did now allow customizations to their products and had their team based outside UAE with mainly their sales team in UAE. Whereas Hulexo had a Dubai based support and development team and strong retail case studies from UAE with Arabic speaking staff. Secondly, they were very open to customizing their product according to our requirements without charging us an extra cost. Lastly, the payment terms were in our favor involving a small advance payment and a majority of the payment coming after the implementation which gave us the safety net
Reasons for switching to Hulexo ERP
We weren't getting the support we needed from Odoo, every request took days just to get a response from them, once they got paid in full, we barely heard from them. Additionally, once we were locked in a contract with them, they started charging us for each customization which became really expensive and unreasonable

Just can't go wrong with these guys
Scheduled a meeting from the website, spoke to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was quite knowledgeable in not only how the software works but also pretty well versed with successful retail operations. Sent them all the data in excel sheets, they setup everything in a day and did a remote installation of the software. Did the training the next day and we were ready to launch in a week. After going live, their response time was within 2 minutes once we needed something or had a question. The software itself was pretty stable, easy to use and understand. Retail experts, committed, passionate, and a reliable ERP company.
PROSI have worked with other ERP providers in the past for different companies and have a fair understanding of how both ERP systems and providers work. It's always a cumbersome working with any kind of software company, but working with them was a breath of fresh air. The level of commitment they have coupled with their experience in retail and a great piece of software makes them by far the most committed and capable UAE based retail company In my opinion.
CONSNothing that we experienced in specific. More availability of their Arabic speaking resources would have been great, but nevertheless smooth onboarding and training

They were charging a lot for simple customizations and sales reports with slow customer support.
