  • Pros

  • Arlo has a ton a great features for event management and registration. Really liked the back-end planning features for administering venue & catering details and instructor notifications.
  • Arlo is a great tool to help train my employees.
  • Cons

  • It can be a bit restrictive in us being able to amend the skin on the events page and cost us money if we need to amend any part of this, which can be frustrating.
  • Cancelling or going back on things can be quite difficult. An administrator is required for relatively menial tasks that differ from everyday use of the software, and that can slow down my work.

  • On top of that, [sensitive content hidden. And the team behind it are always very responsive to queries, and offer great advice on how to improve and streamline its use.
  • I find their customer service skills outstanding as they walk you through everything. I can check my traffic but also repeat customers which helps me build my brand.
  • Cons

  • Receiving daily summary everyday when no booking... but they working on it.
  • It can be hard to get your head around as one or two bits aren't overly intuitive.
