Good piece of software with some very cool features. Good customer service and it's heading in the right direction.

I was very happy with Nutickets and the integration they have with Justgiving and virgin money giving.

It's great for handling multiple dates, times and locations. There are new features that come out monthly, which is exciting.

Some features like the app and scanner are excellent. Customer service is good and their staff want to help.

It just makes everyday life easier when everyone is happy.

User interface is clear and makes the process of enquiry to sale very easy and fast.

Great product, great service and lovely people to work with.

So it would be very wrong of me to talk about disadvantages.

The last thing I need are problems. Nutickets provides a ticketing solution that runs in the background without me having to even think about it.

It provided far more data than we ever had previously. It has flexibility, but there is always room for more but difficult in our environment of multiple sessions with multiple ticket options.

Its ease of use and how quickly you can buy a ticket. The ability to choose types of purchase methods.

It allows planning, ticketing of events with ease and efficiency, without any arduous experiences. Good product and excellent customer service.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] are both extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They have sorted out multiple issues we've experienced efficiently in a prompt manner.

It's clear from my experience the team are dedicated to taking care of their customers. Great for us because we are a small company just getting started, fab to have tools to customise our own stuff.

But once details of the set up have been discussed and agreed it just works, which is what we wanted. Have we pushed a few wrong buttons.

The calander view is dated - should be abelt to have a drop down calander to select your month and should not have to be a full page calander.

The think I like most is the ability to customise and brand the platform. We like to integrate it with our own website which has been straightforward and a smooth process for the customer.

There is a booking fee that could alter a buyers opinion. There are also sometimes email issues restricting the sending/receiving of tickets.

The public-facing web interface is attractive and intuitive and gives our organisation a huge amount of flexibility in presenting our event offerings.

A colleague in the NGO world recommended Nutickets. The support was great and the bird fair was successful and easy to set up.

Smart, fast and very efficient. After this, we have opened our eyes and see how many possibilities there are within the Nuticket system.

All in all its a great little system that is striving to be better all the time.

It's coped with literally everything I've thrown at it, and when I've run into problems, the team have been really responsive and helped me sort it quickly. The NuEntry app is really solid.

As a charity, we need a cost-effective feature-rich application to enable our nature reserves to generate income through chargeable events.

When I need help, customer service was very helpful.

Overall, I've used this solution for multiple small business clients and it has been a mostly adequate solution.

The reports can be a little odd. I would rather that it just report the option that was chosen, rather than showing all the options with a YES or NO to indicate if that option was chosen.

Unfortunately, because of security threats, the services gets shut down sometimes by our institution. This is because of phishing warnings due to the use of the forms by free users.

I used the software to hire staff for our nonprofit. All the applicants who used the forms said they were easy to access and complete.

Lots of great features, support for multi-file upload, integration with WIX websites. Ability to manage the forms within the WIX framework.

This is a very easy to use, easy to set up software that delivers on most of what is required.

I love the ease in which this integrates with Wix.

Pretty much everything is customizable, which helps us implement the product into our website to gather leads in a streamlined way.

When you try to delete multiple fields, you have to do it one by one, can't select multiple fields. Customer service is terrible.

They're liars and thieves. This was a planned money grab.

I also applause its outstanding customer service (always ready to help customers like me in solving any possible inconvenient that may occur).

It also has multiple user support and also offers some great integration with other software tools like - Wix, Wordpress, Paypal, and many more.

The forms are easy to us and work very well. They are well laid out also and easy to us.

This form builder tool is very easy to use and offers a very quick form building solution. Pricing is also good, provides a great User Interface, and is easy to understand the analytics dashboard.

I love the ease of use with 123FormBuilder. I have developed several forms for various clients, and they are able to capture data and have it imported directly into MailChimp.

It is very easy to use and helps me tremendously.

Most recently I developed a form for a customer's clients to receive a free book. With 123FormBuilder, setting up the form and tracking responses were easy.

Software is easy to set up and when I needed help, the support team was quick and effective.

But she just blocked me from even being able to access the form submissions and kept pushing me to pay.

I like the ease of use of this software, and the fact there are so many options.

The best part about these forms is how customizable they really are down to the very fine detail.

What was really helpful, which no other software on the market does, is the fact that you could fit up to two column's worth of questions, side by side, in the same document.

The price levels fit our requirements, support has been outstanding, data collected facilitates our needs, and user interface is a pleasure to use.

Overall a terrible experience and we're actively looking for an alternative at this point.
