Lyyti has got type of participants which where bit problematic in integration.

Invoicing us went wrong in the beginning. At some stage Google Analytics seemed hard to install (cc did not wan to install the code, but we finally got it done by ourselves).

Ease of use (maybe it was because of really good hands-on training in the beginning at our office). Good customer service (you cannot find everything in web manuals).

Very well structured features, a very quick, clear and user-friendly approach, reporting tool excellent and  impeccable real-time follow-up.

Easy to use and support is brilliant. Not yet integrated with other apps.

Customer Service is always there for me with quick replies and solutions. After the first invitations have gone out we have got only positive feedback that it's very easy to use.

I need to open events and the enrollments and Lyyti is very good tool fot that kind of activity. The reports are also very easy to share with other.

Price i can´s say anything negative but sometimes i struggle with sending email to customers. Navigation is still clumsy to me. I don´t realize all term yet.

I think that it would be great to understand more about Lyyti before starting the integration project, there should be user experience to understand and built good integration.

If I have to share the report with someone else, it's safe and easy. Safety is very important part of my work.

Don't know if it's the software or what is at fault, but emails from Lyyti often get screened and are dumbed to trashmail, very unfortunate.

The helpdesk function is super. The help you get is fast and the ladies are kind and patient.

Many many problems with functionality not working.

Year two has been so much easier, setup has been cleaner and areas that needed improvement were taken care of prior to the initial testing.

Once you have the initial training it is easy to navigate and there are so many options to really customize the registration process. Love that the software is so customizable.

I like this software because it is very easy to customize and there is no limit to the amount of registrations with my plan. My dedicated customer service agent is friendly and easy to work with.

Self check in is extremely fast and easy to use. As a business, we are still trying to develop the best way to utilize the system to best fit our needs.

Our experience with Event Ready started well but finished poor.

We then began to test the app and again were met with an unpleasant surprise, which was that the backend was not fully functional.

We sat through three demos and from all appearances their software had good functionality, although there were several requests we made where they told us they would add the functionality.

This system is very easy to use once you learn it. It's easy to make a change in the system and it immediately is updated.

She is very helpful to me when I have a question and will work with me to get the right look and feel for each event registration website.

They blamed this on us, claiming we hadn't provided sufficient specifications.
