Best Software for Event Planning
EZ Event is fantastic we're one of the first first clients of the company and have been with them from the start. Fantastic customer service and they have evolved every year
PROShow easy it is to create an event and the ticket scanning ability is fantastic to keep track of all attendees.
CONSit can be slow here and there when scanning a ticket
Reason for choosing ezEvent
There is no other company we would use to run our events. EZ is a system friendly software to run events

Simple pricing, simple interface... truly EZ!
I like that the pricing and system are so easy to set up and manage.
CONSI did not Iike that I was charged for a free ticket and don't like paying monthly for the service. It does work well for many.

It was good. I prefer the set up on ez event to ther other but I need to do everything in one place.
PROSIt was extremely easy to use and set up. I didn't have ang problem with the actual set up of the event
CONSThere's no way to establish payment plans. I contacted cust svc and they were helpful but I had to use ezevent to set up the event and another system to do payments. A little inconvenient. I am coming from a system eventbrite.

Regarding your payment options, right now I only see that you have Pay by Invoice selected. Upon the creation of your event, you are able to select between direct and Fulfillment payment options. I would highly recommend using our Fulfillment option, so more customers have a way to purchase via credit card as they find information about your trip. We appreciate your perspective on this area and we will try to improve the layout of the payment option selection, so that you can more readily select the options you need for payments from your customers. EzEvent Efficiency
It makes planning larger events much easier to handle.
PROSThe product was very easy to use and if I had any problems there was always someone there to help me with any issues.
CONSI would say that better reminders would help the product.
