Simple and scalable solution for Tickets Support
With TicketOS I was able to categorize my incidents and extract the data of my clients and thus respond quickly all in one place.
PROSWhat I liked the most about TicketOs was that I was able to integrate data from my clients to better locate their data. Through the forms and webservices I can consult more information about my clients.
CONSI never had many inconveniences. Documentation may be incomplete to develop your own forms. You need support.
