Also, group access to a single file or folder and the involvement of other team members was important, which is very useful for me using this application.

It is also possible to set an expiry date. Sendlinx is a great opportunity for remote workers to share  large and important data  between colleagues, in a short and safe way.

Of course, there is nothing perfect. There are errors in this product, but it is not affected by a large percentage.

In my professional experience as a freelancer, it is a headache to manage permission when you are dealing with multiple clients at once and of course, errors are bound to happen.

In summary, learning about the new tool and its excellent features was a positive experience.

Easy to use product, allows you to share large files, classify them, assign expiration dates. Excellent product to manage contracts or private documents.

Sometimes it gets a little stuck, but you update it and that's it.

Box can crash randomly and can be a bit confusing to use for first time users.

Box is great for a low budget company and also when you are looking for something a bit specific to your needs.

Ability to save and attach documents via email. The ability to work collaboratively with files for example ability to share and update documents.

I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.

There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.

The benefits have been outstanding. The cost verses the value is incredible, it has great security, and it has great ease of use.

E-Signature make it more secure and Integration with lot of apps is wonderful. The cost and price is very reasonable and economical compared to the many features it provides to the user.

Really great tool that makes life at the office better. It has a fun interface that is intuitive and works.

It isn't limited by this fact, however, and can be as advanced as you want it to be. The ability to password protect links is great.

During the trial days in which I use this service, my experience with the product has been good and satisfactory. It is a very good alternative to other similar services.

I can get lost of what I’m trying to find if there is a lot in the folder.

Overall I think it's a great system. Feels good knowing that all our content is backed up and accessible to the entire team at any point.

The main disadvantage of this solution is related with the file sharing. It is a bit restricted and provokes some problems when downloading if the files are big (in the order of tens of GB).
