Great Software

I like how the staff of UpLaunch reaches out and continually improves their service.

PROS

The automated communications are key to the success of our gym. The easy setup of appointments for our coaches and members along with text and email reminders is very helpful. If you want to standardize processes for your business so you can focus on other parts of your business, this will work great for you.

CONS

A more robust calendar would be a nice addition.

Revolutionized the way I communicate to members

This service has revolutionized the way I communicate to members and leads. I'd venture to say I have way more members in here BECAUSE of Uplaunch.

PROS

I like being able to text members all at one time. Also I appreciate the reminders seeing that a new client has been with us for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. This has been huge.

CONS

The first person who explained things to me and set up the system couldn't have cared less and was not good at explaining things. After paying for the service for several months and not knowing what the hell to do with it, I reached out and got a 2nd guy. The 2nd guy I was with, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], was personable and helped explain things to me. So it was a good turn around. One thing I don't like is that there are texts and emails sent out that don't sound like me or offer things we don't have (or tell people that protein shakes don't matter while meanwhile I'm trying to sell protein!). There should be an easier way to approveand edit autotexts and emails before they get sent out.

Extremely Dissapointed.

Extremely dissapointing.

PROS

We are happy with our website that they redeveloped for us and would continue to pay for the web hosting service.

CONS

It took over a month for our website to go live. In total our website was down 6 weeks which affected lead generation significantly. The digital marketing that we paid for took over 2 months to even get up and running. And despite paying high fees the content was stock standard, not at all personalised to our business or brand, and nothing which would make me want to sign up for a gym. There was no communication about how the ads were performing, what they were trying, what was working and what wasn't. And on top of the digital marketting fee which was by far the most we've paid to a digital marketing company, we were still billed for the facebook ads. I would have been better off giving the work back to my uni students looking to make a quick buck. No where on their website were any cancellation policies listed, in fact it does state they if we wanted to cancel, they would do so 'we don't want your money'. Yet when we tried to cancel, twice, they kept hitting us with 30 days notice. And all correspondence to the company resulted in a minimum 7 day wait for a reply to an email.

Well Worth the Cost

Overall expereince has been great. The whole team over there is really helpful and responsive. From sales, to implementation it was easy and quick. After using it for more than a year now, the support staff is awesome.

PROS

Uplaunch improves our communication with leads and customers directly leading to more revenue. It has really help keep everything organized and stops things from falling through the cracks. The long term nurture is also huge and has helped re-engage leads then they are ready.

CONS

They are working on improving some of the content and offering more campaigns. I am really looking forward to these functions.

Need Gym Members? Get Uplaunch

UpLaunch has provided a simple process to organize and follow up with leads, onboard new clients successfully and keep up with current members. I'm absolutely amazed with the ease of use and more importantly the amazing RESULTS and SALES that come from using UpLaunch. Leads, that appeared dead on arrival end up as new members, sometimes months later, because of consistent meaningful contact that is either automated or scheduled through UpLaunch!

PROS

Where do I start? The organization UpLaunch provides for lead management is unparalleled. It is organized, simple to use, as detailed as you want it to be and perfectly customizable.

CONS

The things I like least about UpLaunch are of minor impact and are mainly small annoyances. A few glitches on the android version are about it!

Makes life easier

Overall made life easier & gained back time

PROS

The automation's are great and we gain a lot of time back in our day The SMS function is also great

CONS

The schedule doesn't talk to Zen Planner Schedule yet

Reasons for switching to UpLaunch

Cost & ease of functioning with other systems ie ZP & SugarWOD

Phone app is severely lacking. We should be able to do more than just texting. Using the software in the mobile web browser is very cumbersome so I avoid it if I can.

I love the Automations!!

I am very pleased with my purchase and I recommend this software to all my gym owner friends.

PROS

I Love that the software will send an automated message as soon as they fill in their contact information. I love the automated emails to old leads. I love that the leads can schedule their own appointments. I love the automations!!!

CONS

There are still a few bugs but nothing major.

Reason for choosing UpLaunch

The price was better!

CONS

Red flags:[SENSITIVE CONTENT] uplaunch recruiter collected my card information and did not verify the amount he was going to charge. Then I was charged much more money.He said he was going to sign papers on behalf of us. Using statements like "don't wait until you run out if money and your hungry, let's get this going now."[SENSITIVE CONTENT] uplaunch manager gave a partial refund money.Taking advantage of struggling businesses by scheduling calls with them and accessing thier personal information in order to manipulate them into feeling like they need your service is dirty.

UpLaunch has helped us communicate with so many more of our customers and potential customers

PROS

The automations that you can build to communicate effectively with your customers are so time saving and effective. Then, the ease with which you can respond to their responses is amazing.

CONS

In the UpLaunch texting app, there is no way that I’ve seen to mark a message as seen if you don’t need to respond to the message.

Very easy to have the team make changes and update items. I get very quick responses and actions.

Absolutely nothing. Did not provide us with anything of value for what they claim to offer

CONS

Lied that our product would merge with the program we had, secondly, we canceled with them and they have proceeded to charge us for 3 months now even after they confirmed the cancellation

Getting more done well.

It has been very helpful for our small team to have better contact and reach in our prospect/lead followup and contact with past leads and members.

Easy to use and have my team use as well. Allows our team to contact more leads and past members consistently with routine and ease.

CONS

Certain features were confusing to start, but with more time and focus can be understood and utilized better.
