Great Delivery Management Platform that empowers my Logistics Team with greater real time ability

Kosmo's team was great in helping us evaluate the product. They were patient during the trial period and gave us more time to evaluate The technical team was very prompt in supporting our integration work. More importantly, kudos to [sensitive content hidden] who was ever ready to provide me with an answer I need.

PROS

Easy to use Interface Fantastic Support (especially by [sensitive content hidden]) Good Set of API for customization and integration Shopify Ready Integration Region based Solution (scalable for overseas)

CONS

Driver App currently is too simplistic (but stable) . Hopefully Kosmo can enhance and provide the ability to add in features where we can a) "dynamically add our custom fields" to Proof of Delivery Form b) Allow Drivers to change their route so that the real time tracking at customer end is much more accurate c) Indicate that they are on break stop d) Messaging >> These will allow customers + dispatcher to understand the driver situation better.
