This software is the best that I have seen
I use the software every day for checking in packages and checking out packages. A learning customers that they have packages available. My customers love it.

CONSThere are times when the updates are hard. But their customer service is great.

Suggested Improvements
We receive mail and packages for clients on a daily basis. We process hundreds of packages daily. Paklog is essential for our operation, and we are truly dependent on it to work properly everyday.
PROSOnce the package is setup correctly, users don't have difficulty in learning the registering and delivery process. Finding all packages for a client is easy and fast. Adding computers to register or deliver is now very easy.
CONSBackups are sent to a directory inside the computer that houses the database, without option to send it elsewhere. Poor customization of label printing. Not all labels have to be the self sealing type. Too many steps to confirm receiving a package and printing a label. Clearing the database for old packages is awkward and it doesn't give you confirmation on anything. No custom fields to add data such as storage cost.

Simple, effective.
I liked that we didn't have to manually search for packages, mail any longer. Everything was easily scanned within the system.
CONSThere have been times I've noticed the system would glitch. Some date would suddenly become lost and we have no idea why.

PROSEasy to use; Can easily & quickly search history; No annual subscription fees!
CONSWhen PakLog times out, it does NOT automatically refresh to the log-in page. So you cannot tell whether you are logged in or not. So you think you can do a search in PakLog thinking you are still logged in. When you enter the search, PakLog looks like it took your command but after a few seconds later PakLog kicks you out to the sign in page. This happens often on a daily basis. LOL!
