ShipTrack is cloud-based, which means you can access it from anywhere with an internet connection. Amazingly versatile tool packed with functionality. Transformed our operations for e-commerce!

This software allowed us to completely transform and modernize our customer order handling and pick-up process.

PROS

Shiptrack software is very flexible in both what it can do and how it can be used. For example, we were able to easily use it on mobile technology selected for scanning our inbound customer orders for pickup. Then, using the customization web portal we had all of the required information at our fingertips to take care of the customer at the pick-up desk. Support from the whole Shiptrack team while implementing and operating the solution was phenomenal. As a vendor partner, the Shiptrack team was fully committed to whatever was requried to drive success in using their software to achieve our results.

CONS

One area for possible improvement would be the handling of offline errors. When a scanning device went offline (Due to wifi coverage issues), it was not always clear if the scans were being captured and later uploaded.

Exceptional Product, People and Service!

PROS

Canadian Development! The amazing people at ShipTrack have been great to work with and have developed an app that is the fastest most accurate app I've used to date. The dispatch and customer order entry screens ensure accurate pricing and works flawlessly regardless of operating system. i.e. Mac products. Service is second to none and ACTUALLY available 24/7! Driver locations and mapping is real time allowing us to ensure the right order gets to the right driver to ensure every order is delivered on time every time.

CONS

New customers do get a little locked up at the shipment piece counts / weights when placing orders online so that section could be simplified a little.

Works well for us. Pay as you go!

We use ShipTrack everyday for our small business. We have clients that also use this system, but we have yet to interface with them. Our drivers use the app on their smart phones which is simple to use. The data entry is a bit cumbersome at times for the dispatcher when entering jobs. It has a client portal so they can track their packages. PROS: Easy to use app for drivers. They can bring up a job and use the app to bring up GPS to their delivery. It has scanning functions on the phone and allows for signatures. Has the ability to print up labels to apply to package and cross reference ability for invoices, etc. CONS: Entering jobs can be a hassle at times, especially when you get busy and have multiple jobs to enter. Once you create a job, there is no going back and you will be charged for it so be careful! We were told that they could enter our reoccurring jobs so we would not have to, but we have not seen that happen, even after many times trying to get their support team to do so. We just gave up, hence, the 3 star rating on customer support! They did work well with us as far as getting this off the ground for us and gave us over a month to use it for free to get our drivers and office staff oriented with the program. Overall, I would recommend the program for small companies as it is a pay as you go system so their is no monthly bill to pay if you don't use it, which we like! Give it a try, it may work well for your business too!

Worked well for us

software has a client interface and clients can track their packages. Shortens phone call times, it also eliminates the need to send e-mails

PROS

we used this at the past for our little business. Easy to use interface, works fast, gives the right result.. I don't know what else to expect from a shipment tracking software

it took time to install the software and it was difficult to understand whether offline records were processed

Ship and Track Services

I use this service to ship and track all parcels from our office--personal and business parcels.

PROS

This software was very simple and easy to use. Good format for anyone to use.

CONS

The least favorite about this product is the time to download the product.
