Swoop is a cloud-based towing management solution, which helps businesses manage dispatch operations in real-time and notify customers about providers. Supervisors can connect with drivers over chats and send one-way notifications about tasks. It helps users handle liabilities by capturing images, collecting signatures and marking damage waivers. Administrators can also manage multiple storages or dispatch sites and view drivers' progress through the dashboard. Drivers can also inspect or edit invoices based on requirements. Swoop comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Support is offered via chat, email and phone.

Outstanding customer service!

Reduction of call handle time. No need to be on the phones typing info in any longer. This software is so easy to use we train live instead of spending time side jacking.

PROS

User friendly and super easy to use. This was a difficult transition for our staff to leave the old company but once they spent a few minutes acclimating to the new software they loved it.

Swoop Towing

We've chosen not to use as our main platform because it would be more difficult to use than Beacon.

PROS

I like how easy it is to complete the invoicing and submitting it. It's also easy for drivers to use and learn. Agero streamlined with Swoop when they merged, and it's been trickyat times to operate.

CONS

I do not like that there is no notifications on the app like there is on the desktop dashboard. Swoop requires phone calls for anything, which almost makes the online cancel and GOA options moot points. There is no option to communicate back and forth on the assignments, and updating items are very hard because some things will not update.

Reasons for switching to Swoop

Required for Agero.

Unsatisfactory.

I honestly would recommend this system

PROS

Theres a free trial which is great i guess but in my opinion, the whole system should be free. It lacks in so many areas its hard to believe some people are paying for the service.

CONS

The only good thing i found about using the system is its quite user friendly, however the system itself does not support alot of my towing needs.
