It is browser compatibility issues. There are some problem when uploading large files.

It was adequate but constraining, and over time the feature differential with more advanced tools became increasingly evident.

It can make your life easier as it does not demand special software to be installed on your terminal, just a web browser is enough.

Good flexibility in adding coworkers alongside external guests to document repositories. Good security measures on stored files.

Easy to build work flows and group projects. Can build custom sites for groups.

Start out on Alfresco Community Edition if you're low budget or no budget.

The document manager is really powerful, flexible, scalable, and robust.

It's a great system for organizing files in a secure way - access control is excellent. It's easy for version control too.

Limiting the deployment model to just docker made initial deployment difficult.

Great option for document management, all web based and with the confidence of have your info safe.

There is no much information on how to do that but I found one after much search in the internet.

Can take a while to setup, hard to customize when out a lot of work and searching forums.

Poor interface, with no OS integrations (only web interface), no drag & drop,  counter-intuitive control placement, key features nestled deep into menus.

Performance is affected when managing large size files, you may want to make periodical back ups to prevent this problem.

I like the customization features, the work flow options, and it's compatibility with many file types.

The license fee can be costly if you're an upstart new small business with no or low funding. For this reason there's the free version, Alfresco Community Edition.

Free version only permit associate an user for administrator, if this person abandon your user, you lost yours documents. Will present compatibility problems on depend of Java version an browsers.

The software displays Good  picture quality and it is easy to use and it connects to my favorite database software Postgresql.

Great Product to Streamline Bank Statement Review Efficiency.

It is always a quick turn around and customer service, on the few occasions that they are needed, are helpful.

It is also a great double check for me and sometimes finds things that I may not have noticed.

I enjoy how easy it is to create new books and easily and quickly upload documents. I have never personally had a problem with the software.

Ocrolus gives me a clean data sheet but slows me down considerably - Needs improvement considering the cost to use it.

I work twice to double check the missing information on missed lenders on financial documents and I wait twice as long to process information.

The product interface makes it very easy to use.

Overall this product is great an we will continue to use it.

Great software that handles documents quickly and accurately.

Turn time on improvements and error investigations. Needs more transparent process to review Suspicious Activity Flags.

The API and toolset are easy to use and provide accurate data extraction and calculations.

In the beginning it was like an amazing dream come true to make our role efficient and effective!!! BUT  now I feel like OC is a burnt out toaster not wanting to toast anymore.

All of the people that work for Ocrolus that I have interacted with have been top tier. Their customer support is very responsive and quick to provide solutions.

I dont know how long it will take anymore. Chase, Bank of AM, Wells Fargo took no time, NOW it could take 30-1 hour to extract.

It is difficult to explain to management why some documents are processed while others are not.

Ocrolus has been a great resource for our company over the last several years.

I like how it makes my easier, when it is able to catch all the lenders.

Credit Unions and other unknown banks could take time i get that but when i pull up the bank statements and finish before OC has even completed one month something has gone wrong.
