Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- Great email marketing, good for large scale drip campaigns. Very user friendly and has a huge range of customizable features.
- I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.
Cons
- That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.
- There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.
