The experience with Golfmanager and all its members has been very interesting, because we started getting to know each other without many expectations, but, as time went by, we have become stronger, getting to know the product more and above all we have been able to verify many changes and updates that they had made during that period. The continuous search for improvements has been the key to choosing them
PROSWhat I liked the most is the easy of use, it is very intuitive, fast and totally adaptable to your needs

We are extremely happy with Golf Manager.
Really happy with them, they have an amazing technical support, they respond online immediately. Nice people.

Software ahead of its time
Very good expereince other than some teething issues with reporting and accounts.
PROSThe Golf Manager Software is ahead of its time in that the golf industry is still catching up to the features available to the user. It is an industry leader in ease of use, technical support and functionality which some in the industry still do not understand but in time will be the norm.
CONSAs in any software change reporting structure to match the old software is difficult with accounting and has taken 1 year to ensure the respective teams are dynamic enough to realise the benefits outweigh the cons.

The best decision ever made
Relationship between the client and the company is more direct doing away with third parties. The system is easy to operate and its functionality is easy to follow and learn.
PROSSince we have been operating with GolfManager our online sales have increased by 50% thus saving us time with phone call and email reservations.
CONSAt the moment we find the software to be the best on the market and have no negative comments.

Good golf management system
Really happy, they are real profesionals who know what they are doing and help you with a lot of patience. Reliable people.
PROSFast and more modulable, multiuser interface is easy. Compatible with all the booking systems. They resolve my problems day and night from monday to sunday.
CONSNo competition software yet. The soft is coming but i have no date.

so far, so good. Very good support. They care about the client. Asked for a few new functionalities and it was done in a reasonable period of time. no major issues, so far!

CONSfor the moment, the reports are on request, this mean, Golfmanager do all the reports on a tailor-made way. It should have more reports on the base version.

Golfmanager is a very powerful system. The previous one was an old system. With Golfmanager you have more options to give a good service to the clients and at same time an easy life for the reception and account department.

Great Software. Really easy to use, saving lots of time
Be live everything, easy to integrate with other systems and operators, and very very easy to use, are the most powerful tolls of this software.
PROSThe service has been second to none. Every time we contact them, immediately we have a feedback. Normally takes a very short time to manage any small issues that appears. Also, it is very easy to use. The adaptation of the team has been really quick.
CONSNothing really special. Small issues for invoicing, that are always solved in a short period of time

Revolutionary Software in the golf industry
Exceptional. It is a must in the golf industry. Finally we are working with dynamic rates (yields management) and online reservations for clientes, Tour Operators and OTAs at no cost.
PROSEasy to use, flexible, fast, secure, dynamic. Good value for money.
CONSChange of software in our high season with a not easy migration due to the existing only payments.

New, flexibility, open minds, young team.....
Reasons for switching to Golfmanager
Not flexible, slow back office, cost, monopoly market. They were securing their 1,5 € booking fee per GF instead of the total amount of the GF of the golf club.

Great product
We have realized that golfers all over the world can easily book golf rounds for Golfmanager golf courses.
PROSWe use the API of Golfmanager. It's very easy to implement on our side. When there are techincal issues, customer support helps us out really fast.
CONSWe would like to be able to add more products (like buggies) directly to the greenfee. This is for now not yet possible through the API.
