Our district likes the seemless integration with student management and teacher gradebook functionality. We have been using this software since 2008 and has meet or exceeded our needs as a district.

Its price and ease of use for teachers, students, and parents.

We use it for many things such as: attendance, student demographics, registration, report cards, etc. Really nice that all of these things are on one site.

Great experience and cost effective for all users.

The ease of integration with the other school in the district. The tab format in the single student window puts all information at a glance.

When I questioned the response and their decisions, I no longer received return messages. This program has potential but needs a lot of work.

When an assignment is updated (with a grade either manually or thru Google Classroom) the missing tag has to be manually removed.

The company has been amazing to work with. They helped us customize our report cards and gradebook to fit our exact needs.

The product is easy to use, and it is very user friendly. Teachers are able to easily enter assignments and grades in addition to attendance.

I have been extremely happy and grateful for the support staff who help us with the system.

I like the simplicity of what we have to do in the program for our school.

I do not like how when I'm inputting lessons plans if I leave it times out and I loose my lesson plan and have to start over.

I like how easy it is to use, very similar to some larger companies but at a fraction of the cost.

Limited capability to include staff members on emails on less they have a grade book. No need to purchase a grade book for priest and janitor.

Setting up for the year is always difficult for me.

Overall, customer service is excellent and responsive to the needs of the customer. Training videos are included for all of the components of the program.

Their customer service has been wonderful. Our report card/gradebook process has greatly been simplified.

Inability to use certain features across all devices.

This software makes it extremely easy to monitor and pond to students in an instance.

It didnt have a very detailed format amd when printing a report alot of space was wasted by extra spacing.

Thinkwave also makes it very easy for us to lay out our 18-week course, which we separate into three six week course effortlessly.

I was very excited about using it and very excited about the price. I purchased it and got help one day and now no one will call me and no one will answer emails.

This software allows access to grades by teachers, admins, parents, and students alike. It makes keeping track of grades easy and hassle free,  so inquiries about them can be answered swiftly.

Thinkwave has been an outstanding addition to our summer program. Never before has communication with students and teacher been more seamless and effortless the with Thinkwave.

Missing discounts the grade from the averaging entirely but makes you aware it is missing, and excused does the same.

Doing this for 10, 20, 30, 40 and 45 is rather obnoxious and takes up a lot of room in the drop down menu. The same goes when you try and make a check grade.

Grading and commenting is effortless and are essential because it is all online answering and residing to people makes it so we can handle work form the comfort of our homes.

This program is exceptionally convenient and very easy to use.

Showing parents who complain about their student's grades is great too, there's no ambiguity, the numbers are there.

Straightforward software to install. Free of browser plug-ins.

It needs improvements in the grade systems ASAP. Unfortunately, technical support is too poor.

Being able to show my students exactly what they need to do to pull them up to their desired grade is fantastic.

I didnt prefer the product, it seemed very limited.

Thinkwave improved enhanced our educational system in some ways.

A host of records such transcripts, grades, attendance and so much more can be completed as well as printed with a few clicks. This saves us money and more importantly TIME.
