  • Pros

  • The ability to see all of your services and how productive we are daily is a huge advantage. Also the communication that ServiceBridge brings between you and the customer is excellent.
  • How easy it is to use the system and how how adaptable to my needs is.
  • Cons

  • Loss of data, inconsistencies between different devices.
  • It does not update in real time and issuing a refund is apparently simply an impossibility. The use of QuickBooks Online as it's accounting interface has been disastrous.

  • The ease of use in the field is a huge benefit to myself and my techs.
  • The system is comprehensive, for the most part, in delivering field service functionality across the various processes of my business at a price point that a small company like mine can support.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.
  • Maybe have the ability to drag and drop info on screens.
