We have brought this issue up for years. When a user is deactivated their job history on work orders is lost.

The thing I like most for me is the link to the map quest or Google maps. Using an Apple phone I have relative ease and getting to the comments field and adding attachments or services.

I hate how its hard to invoice a]] and hate how it shows paid and will send a payed invoice when i havent even entered in a price amount.

Love the way I can just put it on peoples routes and not have to remember to tell them. As long as they Sync it works wonderful.

Features are awesome and integration to QB is as well.

We also have had over 6 instances where the Razor Sync invoicing and payments have caused customers to get double charged and I have had to call and have the second charge reversed.

I have had to major issues with the software. Almost every problem encountered was due to lack of user knowledge about the software.

Scheduling jobs and invoicing costumes on site with RazorSync is awesome. Our customers like to get an invoice right on site.
