Using Quest to capture and document SME knowledge
- Seamless and simple processes (No training required.- Based on MS Teams platform which makes it very familiar to employees.- Covers existing FAQs and live SME advice.- Capturing and vetting SME answers before including them as FAQs (Corporate Knowledge).- Works very well on mobile phones.
CONSThe platform can sometimes miss answers to questions already existing in the FAQ database. However, it still connects the employee to an SME so the goal of addressing the question is still achieved.
