Easy to deploy and inexpensive software
We’re a small IT-company and this tool is perfect for us.
PROSIt took us a couple of days to start working with Pulsedesk. It has an intuitive interface and simple design. But despite its simplicity it offers many possibilities. Trigger system turned out to be especially important for us. It’s cool that you can set the conditions under which the application will be assigned to a specific agent.
CONSUnfortunately, it lacks some advanced customization options.

Great helpdesk for small companies
Before implementing the helpdesk our online shop processed all requests manually. There were not too many requests but still sometimes it was difficult to answer every question on time. Thanks to Pulsedesk we were able to automate the process and significantly increased the speed of work of the support team.
PROSEasy tool to automate ticketing process. Requests from all channels proceed in one interface which makes workflow faster and more effective.
CONSWhat did you like the least about this software? There is no integration with social media. But as I know the team is working on it now so we are waiting for them to do it.
