  • Pros

  • I love Quenza for its adaptabillity, elegant style and for how complete it is. It makes it really easy to strategically plan standard and automated pathways and activities for clients.
  • The clarity of this software makes it a pleasure to use.
  • Cons

  • The problem is I have to translate the activities from English to Spanish. The automatic translation isn't accurate nor familiar for the client.
  • Learning how to navigate the site initially was a little uncertain from my end as the clinican.

  • Configuration is easy, there are many canned reports to pull daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on changed and access to AD and other integrations.
  • The simplicity of this product is fantastic. Its on of the easiest and most simple piece of software to use with the most effective results.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't sound so bad, but the upgrade process itself is dependent on this antiquated process that uses a batch file and a Java utility.
  • It is bit difficult but if i am using continuously then only can get the least details.
