Friendly Useful Software

My overall experience is great. From customer service, billing and general information. The team is quick to get back in response with you regarding any issues you may experience.

PROS

The app is very easy to manage. Not difficult and easy set up.

CONS

Unable to do nursing assessment from app.

Definitely Recommend!

Geo is the only app we have ever used in our business as far as scheduling and other things that they offer. I have no plans on switching companies at this time. I'd recommend Geo to others!

PROS

The app and site is fairly easy to use and get familiar with. I train my employees one time on it for maybe 10 mins and they don't have any issues. I use Geo everyday and we have had little complaints or issues.

CONS

The numbers may not always be accurate with authorization. There is two ways to check it that I know of and in the two years we've used geo its happened just a few times. Also, If you no longer have an employee make sure you delete them asap. If they're on GEO the following month you will be charged for them even if its just one day.

I Love GeoH

GREAT!!! I love the staff and Ben is amazing.

PROS

I love that anytime I call someone is always available!! I also like that if I suggest anything they will try to see if they can make it happen.

CONS

I wish that we could get updates on when employees work anniversary, TB etc is.

GEOH Makes Billing and Scheduling Easy

I have not had any second thoughts or regrets about using GEOH. The staff is kind and responds quickly with requests. They will contact me, in advance, with alerts or to see if i need any assistance. I was very sick one day and unable to work in the app. I sent an email to the billing team and they jumped in to assist. That meant so much to me, as a small business owner. I feel like GEOH is part of my team.

PROS

The staff and customer service make it easy for me to manage the business. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls.

CONS

There is nothing i dislike about GEOH. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive.

Choosing GeoH is the best decision that I’ve ever made for my homecare business

I’ve had wonderful experiences with GeoH. The staff really helped me with the growing pains associated with this new homecare company

I don’t really have any cons - I just wish it was a little less expensive. However I understand everything is expensive.

Excellent customer support

Our experience with GeoH has been great! They always respond promptly when we need help with either technical or billing issues. The app is pretty easy to use and navigate and having them help with our billing has saved us a lot of time and money.

Ben did a good demo explaining how the application works and the whole process and we were sold! He was very persistent too and their price is decent.

Sufficient

Great, I love working with the GeoH staff. Everyone that I come in counter with is amazing just to name a few [sensitive content hidden] are so helpful. I love the way thy stay in tune with the updates of FSSA and keep us informed of what's next. Thanks GeoH you are a major asset to the "Home Care Life".

PROS

Everything, GeoH makes the Home Care business as easy as possible.

CONS

There wasn't anything not to like about GeoH. GeoH made everything simple from the sign up. They offered videos that would walk you and the employee through the whole process.

Great Service

Geoh have great customer service reps to assist if there are questions. There is a app also that if you need help you can type in your question and it instructs you on what to do.

Some of the options need to be simplified, if you don't know to click somewhere one can become lost.
