Average software, with average functionality, lots of bugs

For the price Julia could be ok, unfortunately Zadego the company that publishes Julia is not very customer friendly. The software has a lot of problems and to reduce users contacting the Helpdesk, they have introduced a paid support system. They had a forum for a short while, until they got overwhelmed by issues and complaints. They actively remove reviews from Google. Etc etc So my advice: Stay away!

-Automatic messages works good -channelmanager is detailed -integrated biling -integrated creation of offers

CONS

-still works with flash -slow -crashes often -no Airbnb Integration -lots of bugs that are not being solved

Dear host, thank you for taking the time to evaluate us! We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our service. Therefore we would like to tell you what has happened since your review: For 3 years now, all our customers have access to a free support ticket system directly in JULIA. Also the academy, webinars and courses in Innsbruck are free of charge! The forum has never stopped, but was re-structured and is still available to all our customers. Since May 2019 there is the direct interface to Airbnb and for more than a year (November 2019), our customers have been able to choose a new HTML room plan. The Channel Manager is already useable with better functionality & design! Soon the rest of JULIA will be available in HTML. We are constantly working on optimizing our services. We are proud to present the new "JULIA" to anyone who has interest in a solid and extremely broad set of solutions all united in easybooking, especially aimed at the small to mid-sized businesses.

Super Produkt für kleine Unternehmen, Kundenbetreuung mangelhaft

Dieses Hotelprogramm hilft mir als kleines Unternehmen meinen Betrieb einfach und problemlos zu bewältigen. Ich würde mir mehr persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen wünschen. Einmal im Jahr sollte in jeder Region die Möglichkeit bestehen, sich persönlich mit Easybooking einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Alles übersichtlich in einer Software

Vorteil von Rechnungslegung bis Reservierung, Meldewesen bis zu den Abschlüssen für die Registrierkasse alles in einem zu haben und kein zusätzliches Gerät zu benötigen.

PROS

Easybooking ist leicht zu bedienen, entspricht allen Anforderungen für DSGVO und Registrierkasse,Erleichterung für den Zimmerplan, Anfragen, Angebote, Rechnungen usw.

CONS

Es ist nicht schwierig zu nutzen, nur wenn du nicht ständig damit arbeitest und nicht alles aufschreibst, vergisst man halt dann wieder etwas.

Sara-App läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch bei gleicher Verwendung der Logindaten nicht zu gebrauchen.

Die Appartement Bewirtschaftung wird gut unterstützt

Im großen und ganzen ist eine sehr gute Software für den betrieb von Pensionen und Appartementhäusern und deckt vom Angebot, Reservierung und Abrechnung alles ab

PROS

Das der größte Teil der Verwaltung der Appartements damit erledigt werden kann.

CONS

Die Bearbeitungsfenster sind statisch und können nicht verschoben werden.
