Very satisfied overall

PROS

The most important feature is that Elektra is not a server based system which really help us minize our cost and the risk of loosing information. Furthermore, this system can be used anywhere at anytime with a simple internet access . Implementing informations are simple and really user friendly. And last but not least, the whole Elektra team is ready to help and solve your problem 24h without any extra charges.

CONS

In terms of PMS system , it is important to work on confirmation letters ( customization free, email storage ) and most importantly german language. but another than that we are not really facing with an operative issue.

Reason for choosing ElektraWeb

The lack of communication and care for the German market.

Reasons for switching to ElektraWeb

Fidelio is not really flexible to change some features and cost almost 3 time the fee of Elektra.

Best Cloud PMS On The Market

Inexpensive, fast, easy-to-use and secure solution for hospitality industry.

PROS

We can instantly reach detailed reports for entire company, on a group basis. Elektra has a built in rate management module, so there is no need to use a third party channel manager solution. Our company has 5 hotel units and 3 restaurants, we can easily manage all properties on one single web app.

CONS

No cons but maybe users are looking for a lite version for the mobile devices. I'm sure that Elektra team always working for a better mobile experience for the web app.

Best in Turkey, Competative with the Bests

We can solve almost all operation problems with Elektraweb. Happy to use it.

PROS

It's very easy to use interface. Lot of different sections like pos management, CRM, Accounting etc. There is really good integrations with it's own sections. Also really good reportings.

CONS

There are some problems about integration with other programs. It's not totaly their fault but there is some.

I grew my business with Elektraweb

PROS

Since it is a web-based program, I control my hotel from anywhere. Thanks to the automatic quota feature, I do not have a problem with opening and closing sales. Elektraweb does the work of 3 staff for a hotelier. We have 3 hotels and I can control our hotels from one place.

CONS

I wish there was an automatic price raise feature based on occupancy..

revolution in hotel management

I used desktop version programs for many years and with elektraweb we got rid of many troubles and costs such as server, security and backup. In addition, their knowledge of about 30 years and the solutions offered to all the needs of the industry impressed all our departments and we preferred them

PROS

It is very good to be in the cloud structure, no specific infrastructure is required

CONS

I wish it was integrated with hotspot to reach all guests

Fast and reliable PMS program;

The biggest reason we prefer Elektraweb is that it is useful and practical.Being able to connect anywhere with internet is a big advantage.The system is fast and reliable. We use all modules, it's an application where you can get a really fast solution.Online support services are quite fast.Pos systems have also increased our service quality.

PROS

You can connect from anywhere you have internet, even by phone.The app is mobile friendly.

CONS

Cost performance is sufficient. All features are successful. It works on all devices.

Why ElektraWeb?

I m still new user. still I m leraning . But first experience is very positive about ElektraWeb.I would recommend ElektraWeb

PROS

First of all I can connect from anywhere ,where I want ,because of that I can follow my work.very fast software. And also I liked. Reservation managment,Front Desk managment,CRM managment,Reports and etc.

CONS

when a change is made, it affects all hotels. personal private change is very hard

We are very happy with Elektra Web

Any hotel ı will manage in the future for sure Elektra Web will be there be coz of price and performance to control at all the department of the hotel and any time from any where you can login to the system

First of all as a new hotel investment elektra web saved us from expensive servers and doing i good job to manage all the department of the hotel

Due to pandemic reason on setting up it was mostly online support except twice

Security, Performance, Convenience...

Thanks to ElektraWeb, my server costs have decreased. system security risks are reduced. increased mobile use and practicality. fast and detailed reporting is successful.

PROS

Working on the cloud is very nice. No security risk. No system shutdown issues. Always active.

CONS

There is nothing I dislike. It was difficult for users to get used to a system running on the cloud. Innovation is sometimes difficult. but now everyone is satisfied.
