I would recommend this product for all types of hospitality industries
The Hotelizer helps the overall work of a hotel in many aspects as makes easier from any place you are, even out of office to access it and make a reservation even by your mobile or a tablet.
PROSI liked most the easy interface of the software and the good customer support of the software company.
CONSOne aspect that I dont like is that does give you the option in any way to delete the history, even at end of a month to delete the previous history of actions inside the program. If time pass normaly should have a way to delete the history.

A wonderful PMS!
Hotelizer has helped so very much our work that now we keep expanding without having to worry about managing everything manually or we double-checking everything like we used to with other systems! The support is also excellent : the few times I've called for assistance they resolved and explained in no time!
PROSAfter using several products, Hotelizer is an EXCELLENT PMS! All the functionalities we use are extremely helpful. And often updated with great features!
CONSSome features are still basic but not the important ones and they are constantly updating and furthering its possibilities.

It seemed to be the one best suited for our needs (alongside WebHotelier and PrimalRes - what a trio!) and indeed it has been what we needed!

Good Tool for small businesses!
It is a very good tool for small hotels. Needs better back office team that will follow up with problems of the hotels.

Hotelizer - great tool for small properties
happy to work with hotelizer set up and support team, already recommended to other hoteliers

I would recommend this software to any small or medium size hotel.
It has made running our hostel so easy. From managing reservations to issuing receipts.
PROSEase of use, great user interface and great customer support
CONSNot many cons. There were some issues where the pricing from airbnb and hostelworld were not updated (prices were not shown in net) but this was an issue with the channel manager I believe.

Probably the best PMS out there!
Fantastic! During the three years of using the system, we have never encountered any delays, bugs or issues.
PROSWe have been using Hotelizer the last 3 years. We have nothing more to say but that it is a user friendly, flexible and easy to learn PMS that any team could adapt to.
CONSNothing. We have not yet utilized the billing/invoicing function, but really looking forward to it.

EASY TO HANDLE

Great PMS and good service
I find the software very intuitive and easy to use. There are regular updates and these are mostly good too. The customer service is very quick to respond and helpful. THey also take on customer feedback about any missing features
CONSNo real cons. There are somethings that take time to learn or dont fit exactly with our type of hotel however there is a way to get everything to work!

A great tool to manage a property
Hotelizer PMS is making our work much easier. It is a tool which is easily controlled in our computers and Smartphone devices.
PROSOne of the most important things that made use continue using Hotelizer PMS is the great Customer Support which always solves any issues we might have.
