PMS
Overall experience is good, I personally find their customer support is pretty excellent. They did more than I expected. Keep up with the good works.
PROS-This software is genuinely new. They have provided the basic software needs for hotelier which is easy for front office officer to use, its pretty straight forward. -Another thing would be the simple website template which is allowing us to have a platform to provide more info to the public & another channel -Constantly update & innovate new features of their software
CONS-I reckon IC reader is relatively important for all hotels. Its a bit inconvenient when front office has to manually input customer's data meanwhile customer has to wait a little longer to check in. -Extraction of sales report is always indicating some errors such as sales is calculated based on "the date of added payment" instead of sales date which make us have to do a double job by creating manual booking sheet in order to check and tally every single booking with Softinn sales report. -Another system error that constantly encounter is each time we edit the comment box in guest reservation page, the room charges will automatically change to ZERO.
Reason for choosing Softinn PMS
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has convinced me to try their product although they are still new in the market. So far I am quite happy with Softinn team, especially the boss [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They are very helpful and attentive.

overall is ok and user friendly
PROSthe PMS system is easy understanding and friendly user. regular training provide for staff many type o f reporting is ready in system for review
CONSPMS system is for hotel check in and out . not able to record sales from others channel

Bestow Capsule Hostel Review
Easy to use, frequent training provided, great customer service.
CONSGroup bookings and group folio needs more development, unable to create a group folio and email it to one guest rather than having to email individual bookings to one group. Inability to process credit card payments from OTA's like Booking.com

Really useful but not specialized for Airbnbs users, if not will be perfect.
No more double bookings with Softin PMS and channel manager! That's relieved. Overall experience is more targeted on hotellers.
PROSResponsive and friendly customer service, simple UI, Multi-functional yet easy to use, the channel manager function is the best.
CONSSome features target hoteller instead of homestay management. Less convenient to use on smartphone. Some settings is not friendly for multiple adjustment especially the inventory section.

I have changed from EHORS to SoftInn
Very good experienced. On boarding is easy and with a dedicated team to assist with on boarding and an account manager to manage our account in the event of any issue. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of the company personally monitors these activates.
PROSIts easy to use. Fully cloud based. Reasonably priced. Experienced and open to looking into customer requirements for ease of operations matter. Very fast customer service.
