I feel like I would have developed my skills less well without 360 feedback. It was part of the organization I worked for, and every 6 months there would be a round of feedback. I was looking forward to it, instead of dreading it!

It's not the typical feedback, where your manager evaluates you. Because it's multilateral, you understand your strengths and weaknessess better. The dimensions on which feedback is given are varied, and well chosen.

Not all dimensions apply to every person and role within the organization, and that makes the forms a little tricky to fill in.

Navigation can be a bit tricky at first, but comes with experience. Users just have to dig in and get familiar with the content options provided.
